1 pk White cake mix 4 Eggs 2 ts Vanilla 1 pk Instant vanilla pudding 1 c Sour cream Sugar mixture: 1/3 c Sugar 1 ts Cocoa 1/3 c Chopped nuts 1 ts Cinnamon Combine cake ingredients - batter will be stiff. Grease and flour pan. Put in cake 1/2 mixture and sprinkle with 1/2 sugar mixture - swirl - layer with the other 1/2 of each. Swirl again. Bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes.JM. Cinnamon Swirl Coffee Cake Recipe - How to Make a Soft Coffee Cake with Crispy Crust at Home
My cinnamon swirl coffee cake is adapted from Martha Stewart's Yeasted Chocolate Coffee Cake Recipe ( I replaced chocolate with ground almonds because my daughter doesn't eat chocolate, and therefore adjusted the ingredients for the filling. Because of this change, I made less crumb topping to reduce the amount of butter and sugar.
This cinnamon swirl coffee cake has a golden flaky crust and soft texture, full of cinnamon fragrance and sweet taste. It is a very delicious cake, and I will definitely make it again.
Ingredients:
1) For the cake:
2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast (干酵母) 1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp granulated sugar (白糖) 3/4 cup warm milk (温热的牛奶) 1 large egg plus 1 large egg yolk (1个大鸡蛋加1个蛋黄) 3 cups all-purpose flour (面粉) 1/2 tsp salt (盐) 1 stick unsalted butter, room temperature, plus more for pan(无盐黄油) 1 large egg, lightly beaten with 1 tbsp whipping cream, for egg wash (1个鸡蛋 和1汤勺鲜奶油搅匀)
2) For the filling:
2/3 cup brown sugar (黄糖) 1 1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon (肉桂粉) 1/4 cup unsalted butter, room temperature, cut into small pieces(无盐黄油) 50 g ground almonds (杏仁粉)
3) For the crumb topping:
1/4 cup confectioners' sugar (糖粉) 1/4 cup all-purpose flour (面粉) 1 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature(无盐黄油)

Ingredients:
For the cake: 300 g (2 1/2 cup) all-purpose flour 2 tsp baking powder 3 eggs 200 g (1 cup) sugar 200 g (7 oz) Greek yogurt 150 g (5.5 oz) unsalted butter, melted 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 tsp salt
Cinnamon Filling:
40 g (3 tbsp) sugar 1,5 tsp cinnamon
Streusel topping:

Grease and flour 9-inch baking pan. In a bowl, stir together flour and baking powder. In another bowl, beat the eggs. Gradually add sugar. Add Greek yogurt, melted butter, vanilla extract and salt. Mix well to combine. Gradually add flour. Don't overmix. For the cinnamon layer stir together cinnamon and sugar. Set aside. For the streusel topping, combine flour, light brown sugar and cinnamon. Add melted and cooled butter. Mix with a fork until crumbly. Preheat oven to 180 C (350 F). Spread half of the batter into prepared pan. Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar layer evenly over the batter. Spoon the remaining batter in dollops over the cinnamon sugar layer and use a spoon to carefully spread it evenly. Sprinkle the streusel on top. Bake in preheated oven for about 40 minutes.
