How To make Cinnamon Ribbon Bread
2 3/4 c All-purpose flour
2 1/2 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Salt
3/4 c Butter or margarine
1 1/4 c Sugar, divided
3 Eggs
1 1/2 ts Vanilla extract
1 c Dairy sour cream
2 ts Cinnamon, ground
1/2 c Pecans, chopped
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine flour, balking powder, and salt in a small bowl until well blended. In a large bowl, beat butter and 1 cup of the sugar until creamy and light. Beat in eggs, one at a time and vanilla until well blended. Beat in flour mixture and sour cream, alternately, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients. In a small bowl, combine remaining 1/4 cup sugar and the cinnamon. Spoon about one third of the batter into greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Sprinkle with one third of the cinnamon mixture. Repeat with remaining batter and cinnamon mixture until all is used up. Sprinkle the top of the bread with pecans, pressing them in slightly with your fingers. Bake 50 to 55 minutes, or until a wooden pick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Cool bread 10 minutes in the pan on a wire rack. Remove from pan and cool completely on rack. Cinnamon Roll/Swirl Bread (Grain & dairy free)
This loaf ???? is a true hybrid dessert: it falls somewhere between cake and bread— With a cinnamon and sugar ribbon in the center and a hefty amount of frosting/glaze.
Recipe
Yield: 1 LOAF
Prep time: 15 minutes
Bake Time: 35-40 minutes
Ingredients
1 C almond flour
1/3C coconut flour
2/3C tapioca starch
Optional: 2 tbsp flax for an extra bread like texture
Dash salt
1.5 tsp baking powder
2 large eggs plus 1 egg white
1/2C coconut yogurt (may sub full fat coconut milk or sour cream)
1/4C refined coconut oil (melted)
1 tbsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
1/2C coconut or maple sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Cinnamon & sugar layer
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/2C coconut, monk fruit or maple sugar
Icing/Glaze
3 tbsp coconut butter
1/3C coconut milk
1/4C maple syrup
Directions
1) preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a medium or large loaf pan with parchment paper.
2) In a large bowl, whisk all flours, sugar, and baking powder in a large bowl, removing any clumps.
3) In a smaller bowl let coconut milk and lemon juice sit until it thickens and forms a buttermilk. Then add sugar and eggs. Thoroughly whisk.
4) Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Add melted coconut oil to batter Then, stir until just combined, without over stirring.
5) Prepare cinnamon and sugar mixture in another small bowl and set aside.
6) Pour half of the batter into the loaf pan. Top with all but 1 tbsp or so of the cinnamon and sugar mixture
7) Spoon the rest of the batter on top, then Swirl the batter down the center with a toothpick or knife. Tap the loaf pan several times firmly on the counter or work surface to ensure there aren’t any air bubbles. Top with the remaining cinnamon and sugar.
8) Bake for 40 minutes, or until the top has set and a toothpick insserted comes out clean.
9) Let cool in oven then remove. Lift with parchment paper. Pour glaze over bread and slice. Store in tupperware at room temp

CINNAMON BUNS Recipe | Braided Cinnamon Rolls
CINNAMON BUNS
✔️Dough
1 cup [240 ml] fresh milk
1 egg
3 tbsp [38grams] sugar
2 tsp [6 grams] instant yeast
2 & 1/2 cups [320 grams] all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp [45 grams] margarine/butter
✔️Filling
50 grams [approx. 1/4 cup] softened unsalted butter
1/2 cup [100 grams] brown sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon powder
➡️Preheat oven & bake @ 180C for 20-25 mins. or until brownish top.
*Baking time may depend on oven specification.
⁉️READ ME⁉️
For some may find the dough sticky so add up if it needs it. Every flour absorbs liquid differently due to level of protein content so adjust accordingly.

Cinnamon Bread is an easy quick bread, which is a no yeast bread. Instead, it’s leavened with baking powder making it simple and fuss free!

Each year I bake up giftable loaves for friends, family, teachers and neighbors. It’s a treat that anyone will surely love!
Even better, it’s quick and easy to make (just about 5 minutes hands on time) with ingredients you have in your pantry!
C I N N A M O N B R E A D R E C I P E
A Cinnamon Bread recipe made with staple ingredients in just a few minutes. This Christmas Bread is perfect for breakfast, snacks and gifting to friends, neighbors and co-workers!
INGREDIENTS
2 cups sugar
4 cups flour
2 tablespoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
2 cups milk
2/3 cup vegetable oil
TOPPING:
1 Tbsp cinnamon + 1 tsp
2/3 cup sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine sugar, flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
Beat eggs, milk and oil.
Gradually add dry mixture to wet until just moist.
Grease baking dishes and pour mixture an inch below to the top to compensate for rise.
Combine topping, spoon on each loaf and swirl in with a knife, leaving some on top.
Bake 40 minutes.
NOTES
You can also make this in 2 - 1 pound loaf pans or cut the recipe in half for just 1 loaf pan and bake 50-60 minutes.
Do not overfill.
Let the bread cool to room temperature before wrapping or serving.
To make it lighter, substitute half the oil with unsweetened apple sauce and or eliminate or reduce the cinnamon sugar mixture on top.
