How To make Chunky Chopped Chicken Liver
2 lb Chicken liver
4 lb Onions (3 giant); sliced and
-quartered 2 Cloves garlic; minced
3 tb Butter
6 tb Vegetable oil
1/4 c Water
4 Eggs; boiled
Saut onions on a medium heat with garlic, 2 tb oil, 2 tb butter and water until browned. Remove and set aside. Saut chicken livers with 4 tb oil, 1 tb butter and some of the onions until browned. Livers should be rare and not overcooked. In a mixing bowl mash cooked livers and eggs into small chunks. Add onions and mix together adding small amount of oil if needed. Salt to taste and serve. Pie Dough:
* 500g all purpose flour/4 cups
* 250g butter (2 sticks + 2 tablespoons)
* 1½ teaspoon salt (8g)
* ½ cup water + 2 tablespoons
To boil chicken:
* 620g chicken (2 medium chicken breast)
* Small Onion
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon chicken seasoning
* 1 cup water

* 2 tablespoons oil
* 1/4 cup chopped onion
* 1 teaspoon minced ginger
* 2 cloves garlic
* Shredded chicken
* 1 cup shredded cabbage
* 1/2 cup shredded carrot
* 1 chopped scotch bonnet pepper
* 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
* 1/2 cup water
* 1/2 cup chicken broth
* 1 teaspoon paprika
* 1/4 cup chopped green onion
Additional:
* extra flour for dusting
* 1 beaten whole egg for egg wash

1 cup Baguio beans or chicharo, cut diagonally
½ head cabbage, chopped
Set D (Sauce):
1 cup water or chicken stock (or 1 pack seasoning granules dissolved in water)
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons cornstarch
¼ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons sesame oil
Fish sauce, to taste

Southern Fried Chicken Livers with Onions & Bell Peppers Recipe
INGREDIENTS
1 pound of cleaned chicken livers - membrane removed, rinsed and drained
2 cups sliced onions
1 - 1 1/2 cups sliced bell peppers
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt and black pepper
oil
SEASONED FLOUR:
1 cup flour
1 tbsp. Lawry's seasoning
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
*Mix above ingredients.
Dredge chicken livers and coat well.
In a skillet on medium to med high heat add about 1/4 cup oil.
Place in chicken livers and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side
depending on thickness. Remove and set to the side.
In same skillet on medium heat, leave about 3 tbsp. of oil on bottom.
Add onions, bell peppers and salt.
Cook and stir for 4-5 minutes or until tender. Leave a little crunch.
Add tomatoes and Worcestershire sauce.
Cook and stir another couple minutes or until the tomatoes break down.
Add cooked chicken livers and stir.
Serve with rice or potatoes.
Enjoy.

TENDER FRIED CHICKEN GIZZARDS RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
5 cups water
1 tbsp salt
1.5 lbs chicken gizzards (balunbalunan)
2 small eggs
Half chicken cube seasoning
2 & 1/2 tbsp hot boiling water
BREADING MIX:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
1 tsp chili powder (you can use paprika powder)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp salt
Cooking oil for frying
