How To make Chocolate Mint Cake
1 c All-purpose flour
1 c Sugar
1/2 c Butter or margarine,;
-softened 4 Eggs
1 1/2 c (16 oz can) chocolate syrup
2 c Confectioners' sugar
Topping: 1/2 c Butter or margarine;
-softened 1 tb Water
1/2 ts (to 3/4 tsp) mint extract
3 dr Green food coloring
6 tb Butter or margarine
1 c Semisweet chocolate chips
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13-inch pan. In a large mixer bowl, combine first 5 ingredients; beat until smooth. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until top springs back when tapped lightly. Cool completely in pan. In a small bowl, combine confectioners' sugar, butter, water, mint extract and food coloring. Beat until smooth. Spread this on cake. Cover and chill. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt butter and chocolate chips. Remove from heat; stir until smooth. Cool slightly. Pour over chilled cake. Cover and chill at least 1 hour before serving. -----

민트색의 시트를 굽고 민트 초콜릿을 녹여 넣은 크림으로 아이싱해 민트 초콜릿 케이크를 만들었어요~
전에 만들었던 민트 초코 케이크는 초코 시트를 굽고 크림을 민트색으로 만들었는데, 이번에는 재미있게 반대로 만들어 봤어요~~
민트 초콜릿을 녹여 넣은 크림은 민트 오일을 넣지 않아도 민트 향과 맛이 은은하게 나는데 저는 조금 더 민트 느낌을 주고 싶어 민트 에센스도 조금 사용했어요~^^
크림 맛을 보시고 생략하셔도 괜찮답니다~~
옆에는 화이트 초콜릿 글레이즈를 이용해 장식했는데 천천히 계속 흐르는 편이라서 온도를 맞춰 너무 두껍게 흘리지 않는게 좋더라구요~
부드러운 시트와 민트 초코 크림이 잘 어우러져 달콤함과 상쾌함까지 느낄 수 있는 케이크네요~~

▶틀 사이즈 Mold size : 15cm x 7.5cm
▶재료
_ 케이크 시트 _
달걀 190g
설탕 130g
물엿 13g
바닐라익스트랙 3g
박력분 120g
녹인 무염버터 33g
우유 53g
식용색소 (블루, 그린)
_ 민트 초콜릿 크림 _
민트 초콜릿 100g
생크림 60g
코코아파우더 20g
민트 에센스 1/8ts
40% 정도 휘핑한 생크림 350g
_ 글레이즈 _
화이트 초콜릿 30g
생크림 7g
물엿 7g
판젤라틴 1g
식용색소 (블루, 그린, 화이트)
설탕시럽
▶레시피
1. 뜨거운 물이 담긴 냄비에 달걀, 설탕, 물엿, 바닐라익스트랙이 담긴 볼을 올리고 저으며 온도를 40도까지 올린 뒤 냄비에서 내린다.
2. 핸드믹서로 풍성한 아이보리색의 거품이날 때까지 휘핑하다가 블루, 그린 식용색소를 조금 넣어 색을 내준다.
3. 박력분을 체 쳐 넣고 섞은 뒤 반죽을 녹인 버터와 우유에(50~60도) 조금 넣고 섞는다.
4. 섞은 반죽을 본 반죽에 넣고 섞은 뒤 18cm 오븐 팬에 붓고 기포를 제거하고 170도 예열된 오븐에서 40분 정도 굽는다.
5. 식히고 윗면과 밑면을 잘라낸 뒤 4장으로 자르고 15cm 틀로 찍어 준비한다.
6. 민트 초콜릿, 생크림을 중탕으로 녹이고 코코아파우더와 민트 에센스를 넣고 섞은 뒤 묽게 휘핑한 생크림에 조금씩 부으며 휘핑해 크림을 만든다.
7. 돌림판에 시트를 올리고 설탕시럽을 뿌린 뒤 크림을 바르고 시트를 올린다. 2번 더 반복해 쌓고 옆면과 윗면에 크림을 매끄럽게 발라 냉장실에 넣어둔다.
8. 화이트 초콜릿, 생크림, 물엿을 중탕으로 녹인 뒤 불린 판젤라틴을 넣고 섞은 뒤 뜨거운 물에서 내리고 식용색소를 넣고 섞어 색을 만들고 35~36도로 식힌다.
9. 케이크 옆면에 글레이즈를 흘린 뒤 냉장실에 넣어 굳히고 남은 크림으로 장식한다.

Chocolate Fudge Mint Cake - Super moist and chocolaty !!
A delicious and easy way to make a cake for any occasion
Ingredients:
Chocolate Fudge Cake:
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1 cup brown sugar packed
• 5 large eggs
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
• 2 cup all-purpose flour
• 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon kosher salt*
• 1 cup warm water
Mint buttercream
• 4 cups Powdered Sugar (or 1 pound)
• 1 cup Softened Butter
• 1-2 teaspoons peppermint
• 1-2 tablespoons cream
Ganache
• 2.5 Ounces dark chocolate
• 2.5 ounces heavy cream
Bake at 350F for 30 to 35 min

3-Ingredient Chocolate Oatmeal Cake:
Banana Cloud Buns:
Makes 16 cookies
Ingredients:
25g Mint leaves
1/2 cup (100g) Sugar
1/2 cup (115g) Softened butter
1 Egg
1½ cups (190g) Flour
3/4 teaspoon Baking powder
1/4 teaspoon Baking soda
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/3 cup (55g) Chocolate chips
Directions:
1. In a bowl, place mint leaves and sugar. Then, using a hand blender, blend it until smooth paste forms.
2. Add butter and mix until combined. Add egg and mix until combined.
3. Sift in flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix until dough is formed. Add chocolate chips and give it a last mix.
4. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
5. Preheat oven to 350F (180C). Line two baking trays with parchment paper.
6. Take the dough out of the fridge and shape the dough into balls and arrange them on a baking sheet, leaving at least 2 inches (5 cm) of space between the cookies.
7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden.
8. Allow to cool before serving.
