STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS AND DETAILS PROVIDED IN THE VIDEO.

INGREDIENTS I USED:
Baked at 325 degrees for 1 hour 5 mins. (Time may vary depending on your cake pan and/or oven.)
3 Cups Cake Flour
3 Cups Sugar
3 Sticks UNsalted Butter (Room Temperature)
5 Large Eggs (Room Temperature)
1 C Buttermilk (Room Temperature)
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp Salt
1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
5 Dropperfuls of Butter Rum Oil
BUTTER RUM GLAZE
1/4 C Unsalted Butter
1/4 C Sugar
1/4 C Light Brown Sugar
1/4 C Heavy Whipping Cream
Pinch of Salt
1 Dropperful of Butter Rum Oil

Coconut rum pound cake that's right????????
coconut rum pound cake -1 cup of butter ,3 cups of sugar, 6 large eggs, one cup of buttermilk ,1/4 cup of coconut rum ,3 cups of all-purpose flour, 1/4 teaspoon of salt half a cup of chopped pecans and 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder. (everything at room temperature)
coconut rum glaze- 1/2 cup of butter ,one fourth cup of water, one cup of sugar and 1/2 cup of coconut rum. heat to dissolve sugar then pour glaze over warm cake.
bake on 325 1 Hour 1 hour and 20 minutes

1 cup Challenge butter, softened
2 cups packed C&H brown sugar
5 eggs
1/3 cup spiced rum
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3-1/2 cups all-purpose Bob's Red Mill flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup 2% milk
GLAZE:
1/2 cup C&H sugar
1/4 cup Challenge butter, cubed
2 teaspoons water
2 teaspoons spiced rum
1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour two 9x5-in. loaf pans. In a large bowl, cream butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in rum and vanilla. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; add to creamed mixture alternately with milk, beating well after each addition.
Spoon batter into prepared pans. Bake 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pans 10 minutes before removing to wire racks to cool.
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine sugar, butter, water and rum. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat; drizzle over warm cakes. Sprinkle with pecans. Cool completely on wire racks. Yield: 2 loaves
