How To make Beans with Tuna
Ingredients
1/3
cup
olive oil
1
each
garlic, clove, crushed
1
pound
beans, small, white, soaked overnight, drained
2
cup
tomatoes, chopped
2
each
tuna, white, chunk, water packed, drained, 6-1/2oz ea
2
each
basil, fresh sprigs, chopped fine
1
salt, to taste
1
pepper, to taste
Directions:
Saute garlic in oil until brown; discard garlic. Combine oil with beans and 1 1/2 quarts water in crockpot. Cover and cook on High 2 hours. Turn heat to Low, cover and cook 8 hours. Add remaining ingredients, cover and cook on High for 30 minutes.
