How To make Avocados with Roquefort
2 1/2 oz Roquefort cheese
1 tb Minced fresh parsley
3 tb Olive oil
3 tb Fresh lemon juice
Salt Freshly ground white pepper 2 Avocados
Boston lettuce leaves Sliced ripe olives 1. Mash cheese with parsely into coarse paste in medium bowl with fork.
Whisk olive oil and 2 tablespoons of the lemon juice in small bowl; stir into cheese mixture. Season to taste with salt and pepper. 2. Cut avocados lengthwise in half; remove pits. Scoop two thirds of the flesh out of each avocado half, leaving a thin shell, and add to cheese mixture; mix well. Taste and adjust seasoning. Sprinkle insides of avocado shells with remaining lemon juice; place on serving plate lined with lettuce leaves. Spoon cheese mixture into avocado shells, dividing evenly. Garnish with olives.

Hi lovelies, it feels so weird to name this salad a winter salad while the sun is shining so bright here and we are having the first real spring day :D But since it is still winter season when it comes to produce and the citrus fruits are booming at the moment, I will keep it that way. This salad is perfect for incorporating those daily veg and fruit into your diet and enjoying it in a delicious way. INGREDIENTS:
1 avocado, mashed
1 diced jalapeño
2 tbsp fresh cilantro
juice of 1 lime
¼ cup olive oil (or avocado oil)
½ cup mayo (ORGANIC)
DIRECTIONS:
Mix well until smooth but can still have a few lumps.
Pour into serving bowl. Top with a pinch of paprika for color!

2 avocados, pitted and skin removed
1 scoop Love Good Fats Chocolate Shake or 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/3 cup unsweetened macadamia nut milk or other nut milk
1/4 cup powdered erythritol, add only if using cocoa powder
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
pinch of cinnamon
Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender. Pulse or blend until smooth. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to chill before serving.

Blend together in a food processor. Scoop onto parchment lined baking tray and press down with the back of a spoon. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
