How To make Asparagus Beef Roll Ups
1 pound piece beef tenderloin -- (center-cut)
3 tablespoons coarse cracked black pepper
Kosher salt Olive oil for searing 20 spears of asparagus,
blanched until tender
Horseradish mayonnaise: 1 tablespoon prepared grated horseradish
1/2 cup mayonnaise, :
slightly thin
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
Salt and pepper
Heat the oil in a large saute pan. Season the entire beef tender with kosher salt and pepper. Sear the beef on all sides until very brown. Meanwhile, make the mayonnaise. In a small bowl combine the horseradish, mayonnaise, and chives. Season with salt and pepper and set aside. Remove the meat from the pan and allow to cool completely. Using a very sharp knife, slice the beef into 10 thin slices. Season with salt and pepper. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on one side of the beef and lay 2 spears of asparagus in the center of each piece of beef. Roll the beef up over the asparagus. Arrange on a plate and drizzle with additional mayonnaise.

Asparagus beef rolls it's a Japanese dish wrapping asparagus using beef slice. Some people season with soy souce and black pepper.. I used himalayas pink salt and ground black pepper for different taste. Because I used small and young asparagus I did not blanch in hot water for churchy texture. If you used big asparagus need to blanching before you wrap in beef slice. Don't be over cooked the meat. Actually u can used bacon if its only available or you don't like beef meat. Easy Roast Beef Asparagus Roll Ups Appetizer
¾ lb of fresh asparagus
¾ lb of well done roast beef (sliced)
1 container of Philadelphia Chive and Onion Cream Cheese
Snap off ends of washed asparagus. Steam 2-3 min. drain and cool asparagus
Spread 2 teaspoons of cream cheese on each slice of roast beef, roll one asparagus in each slice and tie with a piece of chive
Assemble on a serving dish keep refrigerated until served

1/8 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Black Pepper
1 tbsp Neutral Cooking Oil
4 tbsp Japanese Cooking Sake
2 1/2 tbsp Sweetener (sugar alternative, sugar or preferred sweetener)
