How To make Stuffed Beef Roll Ups
4 slices top round beef steak
1/4" thick
:
10-12 inches long 2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
1 teaspoon sugar
1 Tablespoon flour
salt and pepper ++++++++++++++ Chop Together: 1 carrot
2 stalks celery
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 onion
1 clove garlic
salt and pepper
Divide chopped vegetable-spice mixture into 4 equal portions. Place a portion on each slice of beef and roll up, tying together with eavy string.
In skillet, brown roll-ups on both sides in olive oil.
Remove and place in casserole, adding enough water to cover. Bring to boil, lower heat and simmer for 2 hours.
Add tomato paste, sugar, flour, salt and pepper to taste, and simmer 1 hour longer or until meat is tender. Before serving, remove strings from roll-ups. Serve over rice pilaf or spaghetti.
4 servings.

minced meat - 1 kg
eggs - 3 pieces
salt - 10 g
black pepper - 5 g
sweet paprika - 10 g
Filling:
green onion - 10 g
tomatoes - 100 g
boiled eggs - 4 pieces
garlic - 2 cloves
salt - 5 g
black pepper - 2 g
mayonnaise - 50 g
pressed cheese - 100 g

Stuffed Beef Roll Ups
This is one of those comfort dishes that takes a bit of time to put together, but in the end, it is so rewarding. Stuffed Beef Roll Ups can be done in the oven, on top of the stove or in the slow cooker. Let me know what you think about this version and y'all enjoy.

Ingredients:
4 cube steaks about 1/8 inch thick
1 cup finely diced carrots
1 cup finely diced potatoes
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon dill (optional)
2 tablespoons shortening
1 medium size can diced tomatoes
1/2 cup white wine (optional)
In a saucepan, sauté onions and carrots for 2-3 minutes.
Add Potatoes, 1/2 can of the soup, parsley and the dill.
Cut round steak in 4-5 pieces and pound to flatten.
Place stuffing in center of meat and roll up. Tuck in rolled up ends and skewer with toothpicks
Brown the rollups on all sides with a bit of shortening. Remove excess fat and pour in soup, dill tomatoes and remaining stuffing.
Settle the roll-ups into the mixture, and cover. Cook for 1 hour on stove top or oven at 350°F
