Italian Apple and Pear Cake with Raisins
This apple and pear cake is a variation from the Italian Umbrian specialty. It is rich in fruit containing at least 80 percent fruit and is deliciously soft and moist.
The addition of delicate pears and soaked raisins brings this recipe to another level.
The rum is totally optional, but if you like the taste of rum in your desserts, please add it in, you will love this.
Cover and refrigerate once cooled down, and it’s best to serve it warm. Try and use good quality cooking pears and apples for a better result.
For the cake pan, the size I used is a 9inch - 23cm spring form.

INGREDIENTS
Step 1- the Base:
4 eggs, 1/2 cup sugar, 7g vanilla
1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup olive oil
1 cup of flour, 16g baking powder
Step 2
8 large green apples or 10 small
800ml. water, 2tsp vanilla
Boil them for 3 to 4min.
Step 3 Custard
5tbsp custard powder, 5tbsp sugar,
2tsp vanilla, 200ml. water, mix well
Step 4
75gr whipping cream powder
200-250ml milk
Mix it all together for 4-5min.

THE MOST DELICIOUS VEGAN APPLE CRUMBLE PIE AND VANILLA CUSTARD!
This delicious vegan apple crumble is a dessert that can be made using simple, affordable, and easy-to-find ingredients and it is to live for! And to accompany this delicious piece of heaven I will show you how to make a luscious and light vegan custard sauce! Yummm!!!!
THE MOST DELICIOUS APPLE CRUMBLE PIE AND VANILLA CUSTARD
INGREDIENTS:
CRUMBLE:
2 ½ cups of all-purpose flour
½ cup of corn starch
1 ½ cups of sugar
1 tablespoon of green banana biomass
100g of vegan butter
FOR THE APPLE CINNAMON FILLING:
4 to 5 medium apples, peeled and cubed
Sugar to taste (I have added 4 tablespoons)
Cinnamon to taste (I have added 2 teaspoons)
VANILLA CUSTARD:
1½ cups (350 grams) plant-based milk
½ cups (50 grams) cornstarch plus 2 tablespoons of plant-based milk
⅓ cups (65 grams) sugar
⅛ teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
CUPS MEASUREMENT:
1 cup = 250 ml / 8.45 oz
1/2 cup = 125 ml / 4.22 oz
1/3 cup = 85 ml / 2.87 oz
1/4 cup = 60 ml / 2.02 oz
METHOD:
Add the peeled and cubed apples into a bowl filled with water, reserve.
Preheat the oven to 180C 365F.
Add all the ingredients for the crumbling pastry into a bowl, mix it gently until it becomes lumpy. Reserve it.
Add all the ingredients for the filling to another bowl, mix well and reserve it.
Grease a baking dish, add one layer of the crumbles, do not press it, add all the cinnamon and sugar apples, finish with a layer of the crumbles.
Put it in the oven and bake it for 35 to 45 minutes.
Make the custard:
Add all the ingredients for the vanilla custard to a saucepan, mix well, turn the heat to medium-low and stir until the sauce thickens up.
Transfer the vanilla custard to a small jar and serve it hot or cold on top of the crumble.

THE EASIEST AND MOST DELICIOUS APPLE CRUMBLE PIE EVER- VEGAN Recipe by chef Jana Pinheiro
French apple cake
French apple cake is a classic french dessert that is more of a custard like cake. it is filled with apples and blended with just enough flour,eggs,butter and sugar to bind it together. this recipe is not complicated at all thatswhy i wanted to try it :p. I had my husband's birthday recently and i thought why not bake a cake, why always chocolate / vanilla sponge cake, let's do something different and i saw this recipe somewhere and tried it for the 1st time. everyone loved at our house, so i am going to share this with you all. Hope you enjoy the video.
INGREDIENTS
* 4 - 5 apples - peeled and diced ( any varieties you like)
* 150 g all purpose flour
* 3/4 tsp baking powder
* 1/2 tsp salt
* 2 large eggs
* 130 g sugar
* 60 g melted butter
* 1 tsp vanilla essence
* 2 tbsp Rum ( optional )
METHOD
* preheat oven at 350° F ( 175° c) and grease a cake pan with butter. Line the bottom of the pan with parchment paper and grease again..
* combine flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl and whisk well
* In another bowl, add sugar and eggs and whisk until it turns pale yellow. make sure that sugar is dissolved.
* Add rum (optional) and vanilla and give a good whisk.
* Add flour mixture to this wet ingredients and stir well using a rubber spatula.
* next add the chopped apples into the mixture. (typically French apple cake has cinnamon added to apples, i couldn't find cinnamon powder so i skipped it, but if you have some add to the apples)
* make sure that all your apple pieces are coated with the mixture.
*scrape the batter into the pan and bake for 40-50 mints or until the cake is golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the cake to cool down before you cut them into slices. Using a fine sieve, dust with icing sugar (optional), or serve warm plain or with vanilla ice cream.

Zubereitung und Zutaten:
2 Eier.
Eine Prise Salz.
Gut schlagen.
100g Zucker.
1 Teelöffel Vanillezucker.
Gut schaumig schlagen.
100ml Milch.
20g geschmolzene Butter.
Schale von 1 Zitrone.
Gut mischen.
80 g Weizenmehl.
Gut mischen.
4-5 Äpfel schälen.
Schneiden Sie die Äpfel in dünne Scheiben.
Die Äpfel mit 1/2 Zitronensaft beträufeln.
Gut mischen.
1 Teelöffel Backpulver zum Teig geben.
Gut mischen.
Die Äpfel in den Teig geben.
Gut mischen.
Auflaufform 18 cm, mit Backpapier abdecken, einfetten und mit Mehl bestäuben.
Den Teig in eine Auflaufform geben.
40-50 Minuten bei 180 °C in den vorgeheizten Backofen geben.
Je höher der Kuchen, desto länger dauert das Backen.
Lassen Sie den Kuchen gut abkühlen, ohne ihn aus der Auflaufform zu nehmen.
Das Ergebnis ist ein köstlicher Apfelkuchen.
