6 tablespoons Amaretto 4 Eggs -- well beaten 1/2 cup Milk 12 slices French bread Amaretto butter (see recipe) Amaretto syrup (see recipe) In shallow bowl mix all ingredients except bread. Soak bread in mixture. In large skillet, melt some butter. Drain bread. Cook in buttter until both sides are golden brown. Serve immediately with Amaretto butter and Amaretto Syrup. NOTE: For a change, try Irish Cream instead of Amaretto.

Ingredients Custard 3 Large Eggs 1/2 cup Heavy Cream 1 ounce Honey 1/4 teaspoons fresh grated nutmeg 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Raspberry Coulis 12 - 15 ounces raspberries 3/4 cups sugar (This depends on the ripeness of the berries) 1 star Anise pod 5 ounces Red Wine (Nothing too expensive $10 to $15 range)
Mascarpone Cream 1 cup Mascarpone Cheese 1.5 ounces Heavy cream, 1 ounce Honey 1/2 teaspoon amaretto extract.
