1 ea Ripe banana
1/2 c Orange juice
1 t Vanilla
1 pn Ground cinnamon
4 sl Wholewheat bread
Omitting the bread, blend the remaining ingredient in a food processor until smooth. Pour into a shallow pan or bowl. Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Oil it lightly. place bread in the bowl containing the fruit mixture & turn gently severla times until it is well coated. Place in the skillet & drizzle with any leftover mixture. Amazing Raw Vegan French Toast Pancake Bananas
This recipe (or I should say - banana preparation) is the closest thing I've had to actual french toast or pancakes in a very long time! It's so simple and easy, and it tastes divine. I hope you love these bananas as much as I do!
Ingredients:
Ripe Burro bananas - ready when they have lots of black areas/spots on the skin and they become soft and squeezable
Pure maple syrup
Ceylon cinnamon
Peel the ripe burro bananas and slice them long ways into 3 strips, smaller bananas may only 2 slices or sliced in half and bananas larger in circumference may allow 4 slices. Try to make the slices similar in thickness.
Line a large plate, or dehydrator trays using non-stick dehydrator sheets, with bananas in a single layer
Place the banana filled plate or trays in the dehydrator and set the temperature to 115° F for 3-4 hours
After 3-4 hours, remove the plate/trays and add a nice drizzle of maple syrup on the bananas and place them back in the dehydrator for another 15-30 minutes
Remove from the dehydrator, sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy!

- 3oz egg whites
- 1tbsp cinnamon
- 2 slices ezekiel bread
Pancake:
- 4oz egg whites
- 40g oatmeal (measured dry)
- splenda (optional)

Canned cresent rolls
Canned pie filling
A baking sheet
Cooking spray
A cutting board
A spoon
