How to make an Ocean Breeze
Welcome to the Never EmTy Bottle cocktail blog, where the bottles are never empty and your glasses are always full. My name is Tyler and I am a very amateur bartender. Even though I have never worked in a bar doesn’t mean I can’t show you how to make some tasty cocktails. Watch as I show you step by step on how to make some of the simplest and more exotic drinks known to the bar world.
Since I can't be near the ocean I am going to bring the ocean to me. I create an Ocean Breeze cocktail that includes Rum, Amaretto, Pineapple Juice and has an amazing color to go along with it.
Recipe by The Art of Mixology
Ocean Breeze

How to make an 'Amaretto Sour' at The Fizzy Tarté
We are delighted to present a video which shows what goes into making this popular and bitterly sweet classic cocktail, The Amaretto Sour.
The video starts with a close-up of the finished cocktail, introduced by a logo and the name of the cocktail. The next shot then opens with a barn door transition which opens onto a close up shot of Andre the mixologist, accompanied by text of the Andre’s introduction.
The shot then moves to the front of the bar at The Fizzy Tarté where the camera swipes into a close up shot of the mixologist’s hand as he begins to make the cocktail.
The shots then focus on a wide, front facing shot which allows the viewer to see the mixologist from a guest’s perspective. As he begins to make the cocktail, text appears showing how to make/what goes into making the cocktail. This helps show the viewer how the cocktail is made as there is no voiceover in the video. The swipe transitions and change of angle make this video feel more upbeat and fun. The footage is very slightly sped up and proceeds at a faster than original pace as the mixologist makes the cocktail. The mixologist stylishly and talentedly mixes the drinks with detail and flair. Finally, the video ends with the mixologist presenting their cocktail to the camera followed by titles of the The Fizzy Tarte’s logo, website name and social media icons. The music in this is upbeat and fun and captures the atmosphere which is found at The Fizzy Tarté in Bowness on Windermere in the Lake District.
