AMARETTO BUTTER:
2 tablespoons Amaretto
1/2 cup Butter or margarine soften
:
AMARETTO SYRUP----- 1/4 cup Amaretto
1 cup Maple syrup
AMARETTO BUTTER: Combine butter and amaretto. AMARETTO SYRUP: In small saucepan, combine amaretto and syrup. Heat to boiling. Allow to cool before serving.

Chef Lior Hillel prepared a large selection of tasting plates for Brad, Dave and Heather to sample and Mixologist David Williams created the tasty cocktails.

This week Bacari G.D.L. resident mixologist David Williams showed Heather Storm how to mix the Brown Butter Sour.
The ingredients you will need are:
1.5 oz brown butter infused whiskey
1/2 oz dry curacao
1/2 oz simple syrup
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1 egg white
cranberry bitters
nutmeg
Directions: Add all ingredients to shaker tin and dry shake (no ice). Then add ice and shake hard. Strain into coup glass. Garnish with cranberry bitters & shaved nutmeg.
