Homemade advocaat
Once, a friend showed me an amazing cocktail. It is called Lemon Pie. And when you drink it, you seem to bite off a delicious lemon tart. An extraordinary sensation of the delicate lemon cream that you drink. In fact, the composition of this cocktail is almost the same as that of lemon Kurd. The recipe can be easily found on the Internet. It includes lemon juice, honey water, Limoncello liqueur and Advocaat egg liqueur. And just with this egg liquor problems can arise, because it can not be found everywhere. But it is quite easy to cook at home.
Here is what you need:
-60 g yolks (about 3 yolks)
-125g icing sugar
-200ml milk
-200ml rum (it is better to take light so as not to spoil the color)
You can still use it, but not at all:
-curcuma or any yellow dye to your taste
cream liquor
-thermometer
Recipe:
1. Build a water bath so that the bowl does not touch boiling water.
2. Combine the yolks and icing sugar. Put a water bath inside. And stirring, bring to 180°F.. If you do not have a thermometer, then you can focus on density and time. First, the children will be liquid, and after 10 minutes they will be curious for a liquid sauce and then you can take off. (At the same time, you can add a pinch of turmeric or dye)
3. Boil the milk and let it cool slightly.
4. Combine the yolks, milk and refrigerate before adding alcohol.
5. If you have creamy liquor, you can add 50ml of it and 150ml of rum. If not, then it's okay, just add 200ml of rum.
6. Store this liquor best in a glass container.

Как-то раз подруга показала мне удивительный коктейль. Он называется Лимонный пирог. И когда ты пьешь его, ты как-будто откусывает от восхитительного лимонного тарта. Необыкновенное ощущения нежного лимонного крема, который ты пьешь. На самом деле состав у этого коктейля почти такой же, как и у лимонного курда. Рецепт легко можно найти в интернете. В него входят лимонный сок, медовая вода, ликер Лимончелло и яичный ликер Advocaat. И как раз с этим яичным ликер могут возникнуть проблемы, потому что его не везде можно найти. Зато его довольно легко приготовить дома.
Вот, что вам понадобиться:
-60г желтков (примерно 3 желка)
-125г сахарной пудры
-200мл молока
-200мл рома (лучше брать светлый, чтобы не испортить цвет)
Ещё можно использовать, но совсем не обязательно:
-куркума или любой жёлтый краситель на ваш вкус
-сливочный ликер
-термометр
Рецепт:
1. Соорудите водяную баню так, чтобы миска не касалась кипящей воды.
2. Соедините желтки и сахарную пудру. Поставьте изна водяную баню. И помешивая доведите до 82°С. Если у вас нет термометра, то можно ориентироваться на густототу и время. Сначала детки будут жидкими, а минут через 10 будут позожи на жидкий соус и тогда можно снимать. ( В это же время можно добавить щепотку куркумы или краситель)
3. Вскипятите молоко и дайте ему немного остыть.
4. Соедините желтки, молоко и охладите перед тем, как добавлять алкоголь.
5. Если у вас есть сливочный ликер то можно добавить 50мл его и 150мл рома. Если нет, то ничего страшного, просто добавьте 200мл рома.
6. Хранить этот ликер лучше всего в стеклянной таре.
