How To make Advocaat Torte

Directions:
Cream butter or margarine. Add sugar and vanilla sugar little at a time. Mix in egg yolks. Mix almonds with baking powder and stir together with the chocolate into the dough. Add rum and brandy. Beat the egg-whites until stiff and stir carefully into the dough.
Fill the dough into a round baking-form covered with baking-paper (paper that prevents sticking) sometimes called parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven for about 60 minutes at 175 degrees C.
Let it cool.
Whip cream until stiff and put onto the cooled cake. Pour egg liqueur over it.
Decorate the torte with some cream and sprinkle it with the chocolate crumbs.
Cal altogether : 5539 (bet those are Kcal!) carbon hydrates: 287 g fat
protein : 429 / 103 g
The original recipe called for 2 envelopes of cream hardener. That stuff helps to get the cream get hard more quickly and staying so longer.
Unfortunately I don't know what it consists of.

5 milliliters of vanilla extract
50 grams of granulated sugar
8 grams of whipped cream stiffener
8 bucks feet cookies
80 grams of butter cake
Chocolate sauce
Advocaat liqueur
◾Instructions
1. Add 200 milliliters of fresh cream to your kitchen machine. The whipped cream is ready when you can make soft peaks.
2. Get a mixing bowl and add 250 grams of mascarpone, 6 milliliters of vanilla extract and 50 grams of granulated sugar. Mix everything together.
3. Then add the whipped cream with 8 grams of whipped cream stiffener. Mix everything together. When the mixture is ready add it in a piping bag
4. Cut 8 bucks feet cookies in small pieces.
5. Cut 80 grams of butter cake into small cubes.
6. First the chocolate variant: add the first layer of small bucks feet cookies then add a layer of small butter cake cubes. Then add a layer of cream and a layer of chocolate sauce. Repat this process until the glass is full. Finely add a bucks feet cookie at the top.
7. Second Glass: advocaat variant: add the first layer of small bucks feet cookies then add a layer of small butter cake cubes. Then add a layer of cream and a layer of advocaat liqueur. Repeat this process until the glass is full. Finely add a bucks feet cookie at the top.

Egg Liqueur Cake / Advocaat Cake - The Punkrock-Kitchen (even Punks have a good taste)
Ingredients I was using in this video:
5 Eggs
250g Sugar
2 Vanillapods
250ml Vegetable Oil
340ml Advocaat (Egg Liqueur)
250g Plain Flour
1 1/2 tblsp Baking Powder
Also needed:
Butter
Baking Paper
Method:
To a bowl add the eggs, sugar, oil, advocaat, flour and baking powder.
Cut the vanillapods lengthways, scrape out the seeds and add the the mixture. Give it a good stir until you have a nice and smooth consistency.
Cover the bowl with clingfilm and transfer to the fridge to let it rest for 1 hour (best is 24 hours).
On the next day preheat your oven to 180 degrees celsius, transfer your do to a cake tin and bake for 50-60 minutes.
Depending on your oven, check after 50 minutes if your cake is baked. To do so, stick a bamboo skewer in the middle of your cake. If it comes out clean, you are ready to rock'n'roll...
My cake took 53 minutes....
