How To make Abm Cinnabon Cinnamon Rolls
Rolls: 1 Tablespoon dry yeast
1 Cup milk
1/2 Cup granulated sugar
1 Teaspoon salt
2 eggs
beaten
1/3 Cup margerine :
melted
4 Cups all-purpose flour
Filling: 1 cup brown sugar, packed 2 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon 1 stick margerine, softened
Icing: 1 stick margerine, softened 2 oz. cream cheese, softened 1/8 teaspoon salt 1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Rolls: 1. Place all dry ingredients, except yeast, into the basket of the bread maker. Add the liquid ingredients. 2. Put yeast in yeast dispenser. Set machine for dough setting. This will take 2 1/2 hours. (Or follow your manufacturers instructions.) 3. Meanwhile, combine cinnamon and sugar for filling. Let butter soften, then set aside. 4. When dough is ready, punch down, and roll out on a lightly floured surface. Roll it into a rectangle about 18x21, and about 1/4 inch thick. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 5. Spread dough with the softened margerine. Sprinkle the cinnamon/sugar mixture over the margerine. Smooth with your hand. (You can add raisins and chopped nuts here if you wish.) 6. Roll dough up jelly-roll fashion from the longer side. Cut into fifteen even pieces and place on a greased jelly roll pan, three across, five down. (You may want to "flatten" the pieces slightly.)
***If you want to freeze them, this is where you put them in the freezer. Take them out before you go to bed, and next morning they will be ready for step 7......just let them defrost and raise on the kitchen counter. You can bake the entire pan or as few as you wish.
7. Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for about 15 minutes, or until lightly brown. Baking time may vary.
Icing: 1. Combine margerine and cream cheese. Beat until fluffy. Add confectioners sugar, salt, and vanilla. Beat again until fluffy. 2. As soon as rolls come from oven, top with the icing. It will melt and blend.

R2D2 is my favorite bread machine-plus a Universal foolproof bread machine recipe
The DAK Turbo Baker bread machine is my favorite bead making machine, in part because it reminds me of R2D2.
Here is my foolproof bread machine recipe I have used in numerous bread machines.
Add 1 cup warm water- 110 F and add 1.5 teaspoons of yeast and 2 tablespoons of sugar to the bread machine and let the yeast work for 10 minutes before adding the dry ingredients.
I found I got much better and consistent bread results after switching to buying my yeast in bulk instead of the small yeast packets. I use SAF yeast I buy on Amazon for a much cheaper price than the packets.
After 10 minutes, add the 3 cups of bread machine flour. I weigh 372 grams instead of using a measuring cup.
Add 2 tablespoons of oil and a teaspoon of salt. I add turmeric to give the bread a rich yellow color. This makes for a foolproof recipe. I prefer to use an electric carving knife as I can never wait long enough for the bread to get stiff enough to slice easily with a regular bread knife and am usually trying to slice bread while it is still warm.
Don't for get to remove the bread paddle from the bread as once my bread got stale and I threw it out and the paddle was still inside.
I find bread machines in the thrift stores EVERY time I go at prices of $6 to $10. There are some Japanese bread machines that go for $200-$300 new so you can make some good money on them at the thrift stores.
Thanks for subscribing.
I never know what video I am going to make, so my channel is very unfocused and random, I truly appreciate all of the subscribers who have been going on this wonderful YouTube journey with me.

Aunt Duddie Makes English Muffin Bread
Hungry Hubby and my Dad say this bread makes the best toast! It's easy to make by hand or ABM and fat-free (mostly)! Hope you try it!
Recipe:
3 cups AP flour
1 pkg active yeast
3/4 tsp salt
1 Tb sugar
1 1/4 cup water
Let rise til double about 1 hour, punch down and rest 10 minutes.
Shape and put into a loaf pan or a 1-quart oven proof bowl which you have greased and sprinkled with cornmeal. Let rise til double, 30 - 40 minutes. Bake in the bottom third of a 400* oven for 40 minutes. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes. Don't let it cool in the pan longer than that. Turn out onto a cooling rack to finish cooling.. Don't cut it until it is room temperature.
Hope you enjoy this. Here's a link to the Muffin Bread after Hungry Hubby fixed the Zoji:
