How To make Topsy Turvy Apple Cinnamon Rolls
1 can apple pie filling
DIVIDED
1/3 cup pecans :
chopped
1/4 cup brown sugar packed
1 can cinnamon sweet rolls :
11 oz. refrigerated
Line bottom of a 9" square or round baking pan with waxed paper, or baking parchment. Combine 1 cup of the filling with pecans and sugar and spread into pan. Arrange rolls on top of apple mixture. Microwave on med-high for about 8-10 minutes rotating pan till rolls are light and springy to touch. Invert onto plate immediately and serve with remaining filling, warmed and poured over.

EASY Homemade Pie Crust Recipe:
Ingredients for Homemade Apple Pie:
►1 recipe for double pie crust:
►6-7 Granny Smith Apples, peeled, cored (2 1/4 lbs or 7 cups thinly sliced)
►1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
►8 Tbsp unsalted butter
►3 Tbsp all-purpose flour
►1/4 cup of water
►1 cup granulated sugar
►1 egg + 1 Tbsp water, for egg wash
Ingredients for Butter Pie Crust Dough Recipe:
►2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour plus more to dust, *measured correctly
►1/2 Tbsp granulated sugar
►1/2 tsp sea salt
►1/2 lb COLD unsalted butter (2 sticks) diced into 1/4 pieces
►6 Tbsp ice water (6 to 7 Tbsp)

FRUIT OF THE HEAVEN
(Chocolate mousse filled with Apple purée chunks & Pineapple Sorbet)
For apple purée:
Peel & cut 2 apples & put in boiling water for 15-20 min until half boiled.
Remove, let it cool & blend them.
Cut another 2 apples in small cubes, mix half of them in purée & blend once .
Then mix other half of the cubed apples, mix 1/4 tsp ginger pwd, cinnamon pwd & 1 tsp sugar & mix well.
Set them in ice cube try in freezer to set & freeze.
For Chocolate Mousse:
1 cup milk
1 cup heavy cream
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp vanilla
1/2 cup milk chocolate
1/2 cup dark chocolate
2tbsp gelatine
3tbsp cornflour
4 tbsp sugar
Mix 2-3 tsp of milk into gelatine to dissolve
Mix egg yolk, sugar, cornflour together
Pour vanilla into milk & then add egg mixture & mix it well into a lump free paste.
Add gelatine & melted chocolate & whisk it into a smooth velvety texture paste.
Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks, donot over whip it,
Gently fold it into chocolate mixture.
Fill into the piping bag & put it in the freezer for 10-15 mins
The take a sterilised ball , fill it half with the chocolate mousse, add the frozen apple cubes in between then fill the other half of the ball with mousse.
Freeze it over night or 24 hours to set
Carefully remove the ball & coat the mouse into melt white chocolate dyed red. Freeze for another 30mins.
Pineapple Sorbet:
Frozen pineapples: 1 cup
Honey or pwd sugar : 2 tbsp
Blend the frozen Pinapples with sugar/honey (no water to add)
Freeze for 12 hours. Add it just before serving
For chocolate bark/ wood log:
Pour & spread melted dark chocolate over a plastic film. Carefully roll over and put in any glass or holder in freezer to stain shape.
For chocolate feather :
Spread some chocolate on baking paper with the help of broad knife or spatula & make design on both sides with the help of new sterilised comb.
Twist it a little and put in any glass in the freezer to attain its shape.
For chocolate branches/twigs :
Fill melted dark chocolate in pipping bag & pour it over chilled ice water,
Melted chocolate will get stiff as soon as it will land over chilled water.
Remove all the chocolate garnishing very carefully & delicately just before the final serving, else it would melt
