Easiest Blueberry Yogurt Cake / No Added Sugar, No Oil, No Flour / Gluten Free Recipe
This most delicious and easiest Blueberry Yogurt Cake made without added sugar, oil, or even flour! You only need 3 minutes and 4 ingredients to prepare it. It tastes creamy and fruity!
6-inch (15cm) Blueberry Yogurt Cake
Ingredients:
2 cups (400g) sweetened yogurt
4 eggs
4Tbsp (40 g) cornstarch
1/2 cup (70g) blueberries
Optional:
20 blueberries for toppings
(340F/170C) Bake 50-55minutes
Notes:
* This cake tastes best when it is cold.
* If you don’t like the smell of eggs, you can also add lemon juice or vanilla extract to the batter
* If you like to use unsweetened yogurt, you can add sugar, honey, or sweetener... The amount can be adjusted according to your preferred sweetness. Because I used sweetened yogurt, I didn't add sugar in this recipe
* If you like to use frozen blueberries, you'd better use it after thawing
* If you use other starch or flour instead of cornstarch, the texture and taste of the cake will be very different.

Muffin, so easy to make and if you are creative you can make variations with this simple plain muffin recipe. These are the ingredients that are currently available in my pantry. You can use any that you already have!

Ingredients
All Purpose Flour 300 grams
Baking Powder 1 tsp
Baking Soda 1 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Sugar 170 grams
Eggs 2
Plain Yogurt 160 grams
Unsalted Butter 40 grams
Milk 80 grams
Oil 90 grams
Bake first in 210C pre-heated oven for 5 mins and then lower down the temperature to 170C bake for 15-20 mins.
Chocolate — cocoa powder, couverture chocolate chunks
Oreo — oreo cookies
Matcha — matcha powder, white chocolate chips, sweet cream cheese
Blueberry — fresh blueberries and almond
Strawberry — strawberry jam, sweet cream cheese, strawberry biscuits, sweet cream cheese
Carrot — grated carrot, walnut, nutmeg powder, cinnamon powder, sweet cream cheese

•INGREDIENTS•
-Crust-
1/2 cup (50g) blanched almond flour
1 tablespoon (15g) unsweetened cocoa powder
(I used unsweetened black cocoa powder)
3 tablespoons(35g) powdered erythritol
3 tablespoons (43g) melted salted butter
-Blueberry Purée-
130g fresh blueberries
2 tablespoons (30g) granulated erythritol
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons (30ml) water
1/2 teaspoon (2g) unflavored powdered gelatine
-Cheesecake Filling-
200g softened cream cheese
1/4 cup (50g) powdered erythritol
50g plain yogurt or sour cream
2 tablespoons (30ml) cold unsweetened almond milk
2 teaspoons (8g) unflavored powdered gelatine
200ml heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon (4g) lemon juice
* you can always adjust the sweetener according to your taste
Yields 8 servings
