How To make Red Snapper Skewered Grilled"Ceviche"
1 cup fresh orange juice
1 cup fresh lime juice
1 cup fresh lemon juice
1 cup canola oil
2 red onions
quartered and each
:
quarter cut in half 1 orange peeled and sectioned
1 lemon peeled and sectioned
1 lime peeled and sectioned
2 tablespoons chopped chives
1/4 cup cilantro
2 pounds red snapper -- cut into 1-inch
cubes 16 long wooden skewers :
soaked in water for
2 hours 2 mangoes :
cut into 1-inch
-- cubes
In a large bowl, combine the juices, oil, onions, citrus fruits, chives and cilantro. Add the snapper, cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight. Using two skewers thread pieces of snapper, alternating with onion, citrus sections and mangoes. Preheat grill. Grill on each side for 1 minute. (to obtain grill marks and slightly heat through)

Kinilaw na Isda | Raw Fish Salad | Fish Ceviche
Full Ingredients:
1/2 kg. firm or semi firm White Fish
1/2 cup Vinegar (for soaking fish)
1 Red Onion - finely diced
1 Tomato - seeded & diced
1/2 Cucumber - seeded & diced
Thumb size Ginger - finely chopped
1 Green or Red Chilli (can deseed to remove
spicy depending on spicy level wanted)
2 cloves Garlic - finely chopped
1/4 tsp Ground Pepper
1/4 tsp Salt
1 whole Lemon - juice
1 tsp Sugar - light brown or white sugar
for Authentic Filipino - Kinilaw na Isda - use Filipino Brand Vinegar & Calamansi instead of Lemon.
for Authentic Mexican - Fish Ceviche - use Lime instead of Lemon
makes 4 to 6 servings
Preparation Time: 30 to 40 mins

Welcome back to my channel. Today I’ll be showing you how I made this super delicious fried red fish/snapper.
Ingredients:
Red snapper fillets
Salt to taste
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp fish seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
Oil for frying
Seasoned Flour
1/2 cup flour
1 cup yellow cornmeal
Salt to taste
1-2 tsp fish seasoning
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
Fry fish until desired color and texture is reached.
