1 lg Onion, halved lengthwise
-and -sliced crosswise (1 -heaping cup) 1 lg Clove garlid, minced
3/4 Ol lean lamb, cut into
-thin -2-inch strips 1/2 c Beef broth
1/4 ts Oregano
1/4 ts Cumin
1/4 ts Coriander
1/8 ts Allspice
-salt, if desired, to -taste -freshly ground black -pepper to taste 1 c Couscous, cooked according
-to package directions 2 tb Minced fresh parsley
In a medium skillet, heat the oil, and saute the onion and garlic until the onion is translucent. Add the lamb or beef, and saute the meat, stirring it often, just tobrown the strips on all sides. Stir in the broth, oregano, cumin, coriander, allspice, salt, and pepper, and cook the mixture a few minutes longer. المكونات والتوجيهات
امزج المكونات التالية في وعاء الخلط:
ثماني بيضات كاملة
كوب وربع كوب حليب كامل الدسم
ربع كوب سمن أو زبدة
ملح
يُسكب القليل من مزيج البيض في وعاء آمن للفرن.
ثم أضف طبقات من الخبز وخليط البيض كما هو موضح في الفيديو
اضغط على حواف الخبز حتى يتشرب الخبز كل البيض والحليب
أضف رشة من الحبة السوداء فوق الطبقة الأخيرة
ضع الصحن جانبًا واترك الخبز ينقع في خليط البيض لمدة 5 دقائق
ضع الوعاء في فرن مسخن مسبقًا على درجة حرارة 200 درجة مئوية. اخبزها لمدة 30 دقيقة مع الملاحظة
قدمها مع العسل أو بدونه

Ingredients and directions
Mix the following ingredients in a mixing bowl:
Eight whole eggs
One cup and one fourth of a cup of whole milk
One fourth of a cup of ghee or butter
Salt
Pour a little bit of the egg mixture into an oven safe pan.
Then, add layers of the flatbread and the egg mixture as shown in the video
Press on the edges of the bread on so that the bread soaks all the eggs and the milk
Add a sprinkle of black seeds on top of the last layer
Set the pan aside and let the bread soak the egg mixture for 5 minutes
Place the pan in a preheated oven at a temperature of 400°f, 200°c. Bake it for 30 minutes with observation
Serve it with honey or without

1 1/2 Milk
1 tsp Black Seeds
1/2 tsp Yemeni Ghee
1 1/3 cup Pitta or Homemade Bread
1/2 tsp Date Syrup
Step 1: In a sauce pan on low heat add in milk let it get warm
Step 2: Tear Bread into pieces
Step 3: Add Bread into warm Milk let it cook for about 7-10 minutes until milk starts to boil from the sides
Step 4: In a bowl or in a small cast iron bowl add in your fattah
Step 5: Finally add your toppings D’VASH Date Syrup, Black Seeds and ghee. Enjoy! Eat it while it’s hot.
