How To make White Fudge
1 1/3 c Sugar
1/2 c Butter or margarine
2/3 c Non-dairy liquid coffee
Cream 1/8 t Salt
1/2 lb White chocolate coating-
(wafers or block chocolate, Finely chopped) 2 c Miniature marshmallows
1/2 t Vanilla
Dipping chocolate (optional) Excellently flavored, easy to make creamy white fudge. Cook first 4 ingredients without stirring to 238 degrees F. Remove from heat and add the next 3 ingredients. Blend well. Pack into a 9-inch square pan. When partially cool, cut into squares. Other colors of chocolate (pink, green, yellow, butterscotch) can be added instead of white. adding appropriate flavoring, fruits or nuts. The fudge can be packed in pans and cut in squares or bars, or rolled in a log and sliced, then dipped in chocolate. Makes about 64 pieces.

White Chocolate Oreo Fudge // ONLY 3 INGREDIENTS
This 3 ingredient Oreo fudge is made by adding Oreos, white chocolate, and sweetened condensed milk. That's right - only 3 ingredients! All this while only using a microwave!
This fudge is definitely one for the sweet-toothed folk out there, like myself (raises hand proudly), I could eat this ALL DAY.

Betty's Snowy White Fudge
Betty demonstrates how to make Snowy White Fudge. This fudge is really popular around our house during the holiday season!
Snowy White Fudge
3 cups sugar
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter
5-ounce can evaporated milk
7-ounce jar marshmallow crème
1 cup chopped walnuts (I used English walnuts, but you may use pecans, black walnuts, almonds, or other nuts.)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
cooking oil spray
In heavy saucepan, combine 3 cups sugar, 1 stick butter, and a 5-ounce can evaporated milk. Bring to a rolling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly to prevent scorching. Continue to boil for 5 minutes at a rolling boil, stirring constantly. (If this syrup is undercooked, the fudge will not set up.) Remove from heat. Add a 7-ounce jar marshmallow crème and stir until smooth. Add 1 cup chopped walnuts and 1 teaspoon vanilla and stir until blended. Pour into an 8-inch square pan that has been sprayed with cooking oil spray. Place on a wire rack to cool. When completely cool, cut into squares. (You may chill this fudge before cutting, to make the squares crisp and clean.) Place on a nice serving plate. This is great for a holiday party, a gift, or just having around the house to munch on around Christmastime. I hope you love it! --Betty :)

White Chocolate Fudge Recipe
White chocolate fudge with pistachios and cranberries recipes. Perfect treat for Christmas or any other occasion. Only 5 ingredients needed and 15 minutes of work. Easy, sweet and delicious no-bake dessert.

Ingredients:
1 can (14oz/397g) Sweetened condensed milk
3 tablespoons (45g) Butter, unsalted
450g White chocolate
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
3oz (85g) toasted Pistachios
3oz (85g) dried cranberries
Pinch salt
Directions:
1. Grease and line an 9-inch (22cm) square baking pan with parchment paper.
2. In a medium-sized saucepan, add butter, white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk and salt. Place on a low heat, cook stirring frequently until completely melted and smooth. Continue to heat for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickens. Stir in pistachios and cranberries and vanilla extract.
3. Pour the mixture into the pan and evenly spread.
4. Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours. Release from the pan, cut into squares.
Notes:

• You can use any kind of nuts
