6 Point Chocolate, Banana & Peanut Butter Shake!
I have been wanting to try the #WW Protein for some time! Perfect opportunity when I went to the studio last week & decided to pick it up! So, this is how I made mine:
- ice
-1 Cup Almond Milk (1pt)
- 2oz Banana (2pts)
- 1/2 Tbsp Peanut Butter (1pt)
- 1 Scoop Protein (2pts)
It’s a funny thing when you track - your mind automatically pays attention to portion. If I wasn’t tracking, I would have immediately put in a half (or even a whole banana). I would also have put in 2-3 scoops of peanut butter ???? if I didn’t track it ..... something so magical about being aware & accountable! The shake came out delicious!

1 tsp Cake batter extract
2 tbsp vanilla skinny syrup
Sprinkles
Butter pecan- 7 points
2 tbsp Butter pecan skinny syrup
1 cup regular Fairlife
1 Banana
Stroopwaffles
Chocolate mint - 11 points
1 cup Choc Fairlife
1/2 tsp Peppermint extract
12g choc pudding
1 scoop choc collagen
Candy cane
Eggnog- 6 points
1 cup almond milk Eggnog
1 tbsp brown sugar cinnamon skinny syrup
Chocolate cookie liquor- 9 points
1 cup chocolate Fairlife
Bake sale chocolate chip shot
1 tbsp vanilla skinny syrup
Banana- 7 points
1 cup cashew milk
Banana
1/2 tsp banana extract
1/2 tbsp monk fruit sweetener

Weight Watchers Recipe: PB Banana Smoothie
Hey loves! This is the first recipe I've ever posted to YouTube...woo! This is super yummy and filling. Great for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or whenever! Points with 1/2 banana, 1 cup FF Frozen Vanilla Yogurt, 1/4 cup skim milk, and 1 tbsp chunky peanut butter= 9 pro-points. Yum-O :) Enjoy!
