INGREDIENTS :
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and bake for approximately 40 minutes. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
1cup of Brody's flour 12sp
1cup of plain zero fat yogurt
1/4 cup swerve icing sugar or any sugar or substitute you want
2tbs lemon juice
1sp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
2tbs PB2 1sp
2tbs Cocoa 1sp
4tbs of low, fat ham 4sp
DIRECTIONS :
In a medium bowl add yogurt, lemon juice, vanilla mix well
In another bowl add flour, cocoa, salt swerve and mix well
Add yogurt mixture with dry ingredients . Mix with a fork first then Kneed with your hand.
Roll into a ball ( wrap in saran paper and keep in fridge for an hour to harden is optional and not necessary)
Add a bit of flour onto your baking pan and rolling pin!
On your baking sheet add dough and roll out with rolling pan then your hand. Try to form a large rectangle of you can.
Add jam and spread all over the dough add and sprinkle your pb2 powder over the jam.
Roll up into a big log and bake for about 40 minutes or so!
Keep in your sealed container in your fridge or freezer!

1/4 cup of Greek Yogurt (i used non-fat)
1/4 cup of Cottage Cheese (i didn't use that in this video)
3 tbsp of Chocolate PB2 (powered peanut butter)
1/3 cup of oats

WW PUDDING POKE CAKE | WEIGHT WATCHERS DESSERTS | 4 INGREDIENT CAKE | WAIT AND WATCH HER
Hey guys, welcome back to my channel!

Today I'm making a SUPER yummy and very easy my WW friendly 4 ingredient poke cake! This cake is only 6 SP per serving with 2% milk, or 4 SP per serving with 1% milk! I'm not sure about almond or oat, you'll have to check it out on the app. Recipe below!
Ingredients:
-1 box of SF cake mix (I used the classic yellow)
-16 oz of diet soda (I used Coke Zero vanilla!)
-1 box (1.4 oz size) SF FF Jello pudding mix (I used chocolate fudge!)
-2 cups of milk (I used 2%)
This is how I made it, and mine comes out to 6 SP per serving, 12 slices of cake total.
-Preheat oven to 325, grease 13x9 pan.
-Pour cake mix in bowl, create a hole in the center of the mix.
-Pour soda into the hole, allow it to bubble. Mix well.
-Add mixture to greased pan, bake for 30 mins, or until thoroughly baked.
-Poke holes in cake, and allow it to completely cool.
-Once cooled, make the pudding by adding the pudding mix into a bowl, then adding 2 cups of milk to the mix.
-Whisk mixture together for about 5 mins, until pudding has thickened and stiff peaks form.
-Spread pudding over the cake, and refrigerate until completely set, or overnight. Be sure to keep it in the fridge due to it containing milk! Enjoy!

Ingredients:
1 Banana
3 tbs or more of ultra light cool whip any brand 1sp
1 tsp of Pb2 powder
Optional :
Sprinkle or more of sugar free chocolate chips
Sugar free syrup any flavour
Extra fruit on the side
Nuts or seeds
Jam
Whip cream
*account for the smart points if you are adding any of these toppings or on ww and check the nutritional information too *
Directions :
Peel your banana
Cut down the middle with a sharp knife but be careful not to split it in half!!! Lol????
Add cool whip to a small bowl and add Pb2 and mix
Take a ice cream scoop or spoon and place on top of banana!
*Add whatever you want on top!!
Add any fruit to the side too!!*
Eat right away or make and keep in the fridge!!
