Mini Mocha Cheesecake with Ginger Snap Cookie Crust | WW (Weight Watchers) NEW Personal Points Plan☕The combination of coffee, chocolate and ginger flavors in these are so good! They hit the spot when you are craving something sweet but want to stay withing your WW points!

Ingredients:
12 ginger snap cookies
8 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese, 1/3 Less Fat
1⁄3 cup Sugar (Substitute with calorie free sugar alternative if you wish)
30 chips Lily's Semi-sweet style baking chips
2 tsp Espresso, instant powder
4 tsp Unsweetened vanilla almond milk
3⁄4 cup Plain fat free Greek yogurt
1 large Egg
1-2 tsp Unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp Vanilla extract
Place milk in a small microwave safe bowl. Microwave about 15 seconds or until just warm; stir in coffee powder until dissolved.
In the bowl or mixer, mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and coffee mixture on medium speed until fluffy. In another small microwave safe bowl, microwave Lily's chocolates for about 30 seconds, until just melted. Add melted chocolate to cream cheese mixture and mix until combined. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition until just combined.
Line a cupcake pan (I use silicone liners) and place one giner snap on the bottom of each liner. Evenly distribute cream cheese mixture over ginger snap. Bake at 375 for 15-18 minutes. Let cool completely then dust the top of the cheesecake with dark cocoa powder. They taste best when refrigerated for at least 2 hours.

Meringue Cookies | weight watchers blue plan | weight watchers new program 2020
Description - RE -Upload with warning text against using liquid egg whites.
These cookies came from a lady named Teresa in one of my Weight Watcher Blue Plan groups. They looked so fabulous, I had to try them (with her permission). You whip up some (3) egg whites (use REAL egg whites not liquid - lesson learned!), add 1/8 tsp of cream of tartar, add a pinch of salt and 1/4 tsp of flavor extract (i used lemon) and whip it till its thick. You then dump large spoonfuls onto a baking sheet and bake at 225 for 2 hours. It's as easy as that!
You can have 23 of these cookies for 1 point on the weight watchers blue plan! This recipe will work with all of the new weight watchers new program 2020 plans ( weight watchers green plan / weight watchers purple plan) but you will certainly want to calculate points!

WW PUDDING POKE CAKE | WEIGHT WATCHERS DESSERTS | 4 INGREDIENT CAKE | WAIT AND WATCH HER
Hey guys, welcome back to my channel!

Today I'm making a SUPER yummy and very easy my WW friendly 4 ingredient poke cake! This cake is only 6 SP per serving with 2% milk, or 4 SP per serving with 1% milk! I'm not sure about almond or oat, you'll have to check it out on the app. Recipe below!
Ingredients:
-1 box of SF cake mix (I used the classic yellow)
-16 oz of diet soda (I used Coke Zero vanilla!)
-1 box (1.4 oz size) SF FF Jello pudding mix (I used chocolate fudge!)
-2 cups of milk (I used 2%)
This is how I made it, and mine comes out to 6 SP per serving, 12 slices of cake total.
-Preheat oven to 325, grease 13x9 pan.
-Pour cake mix in bowl, create a hole in the center of the mix.
-Pour soda into the hole, allow it to bubble. Mix well.
-Add mixture to greased pan, bake for 30 mins, or until thoroughly baked.
-Poke holes in cake, and allow it to completely cool.
-Once cooled, make the pudding by adding the pudding mix into a bowl, then adding 2 cups of milk to the mix.
-Whisk mixture together for about 5 mins, until pudding has thickened and stiff peaks form.
-Spread pudding over the cake, and refrigerate until completely set, or overnight. Be sure to keep it in the fridge due to it containing milk! Enjoy!
