Creamy Lime Pie with Pretzel Crust | WW friendly (Weight Watchers) Perfect Summer Pie!! This creamy, sweet and tart pie filling pairs perfectly with the sweet and salty pretzel crust and makes a great summer dessert!

Ingredients:
2 1⁄2 oz Pretzels
1 Tbsp Monk fruit sweetener
3 Tbsp Brummel & Brown Spread Made with Yogurt (melted)
3⁄4 cups Fresh lime juice (I used 7 limes)
2 tsp Lime zest, divided, 1 for filling 1/2 for crust and 1/2 for garnish
4 large Eggs
14 oz Fat-free sweetened condensed milk
4 oz Kroger Fat free whipped topping
Zest limes to get 1 1/2 tsp zest for crust and filling and then juice limes until you get 3/4 cup juice. To make the crust, place pretzels in a ziplock bag and crush with a rolling pin. You can also use a food processor if you want. Add pretzel crumbs to a bowl along with the Monk fruit, melted butter spread and 1/2 tsp lime zest. Mix until well combined. Press crust mixture into the bottom of a pie pan and place in refrigerator while you make the rest of the pie. For the filling, add eggs, lime juice, lime zest and condensed milk to a large bowl or mixer and mix until combined. Pour filling onto the crust and bake at 325 for 15-20 minutes or until pie is slightly jiggly in the center. Let pie cool and then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Once cooled, top with whipped topping and garnish

No-Bake Strawberry Cream Pie
123 gm, 7 full sheets Honey Maid Low Fat Honey Grahams
3 Tbsp Brummel & Brown Spread Made with Yogurt, melted
1 tsp Lakanto Monkfruit sweetener with erythritol, classic (you can use more if you like a sweeter crust)
8 oz Kroger Fat free whipped topping
4 cups, fresh Strawberries
Water 2/3 cup very hot, almost boiling, 1/2 cup cold, 1/2 cup ice cubs
1 package (.3 ounce) Jell-O Strawberry sugar free low calorie gelatin dessert
To make the crust, place graham crackers in a ziplock bag and crush with a rolling pin. You can also use a food processor if you want. Add graham cracker crumbs to a bowl along with the Monkfruit and melted butter spread. Mix until well combined. Press crust mixture into the bottom of a pie pan and place in refrigerator while you make the rest of the pie. For the filling, stir hot water and jello together in a large bowl, until jello is fully dissolved. Then add in cold water and ice cubes and stir until it starts to slightly thicken. Then let sit for a few minutes. Fold in whipped topping and then stir in strawberries. Refrigerate for about 45 minutes. Pour filling in crust and refrigerate for at least 5 or 6 hours, overnight is even better.

Fresh Strawberry Bread
2 cups All-purpose flour
2 tsp Baking powder
1⁄2 tsp salt
3⁄4 cup Lakanto Monkfruit sweetener with erythritol, classic (you can us more if you like a sweeter bread)
1 large Egg
1⁄4 cup Canola oil
1⁄4 cup Wegmans No sugar added natural applesauce
3⁄4 cup Plain unsweetened almond milk
2 tsp Fresh lemon juice
1 tsp Vanilla extract
2 cups fresh Strawberries
1 tsp Lemon zest
In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt. In a large bowl, whisk together the egg, monkfruit, oil, applesauce, almond milk, lemon juice and vanilla. Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix until just combined and moistened. Be careful not to overmix. Carefully fold in the chopped strawberries and stir just until combined and strawberries are evenly distributed. Spray a 9 x 5 loaf pan with cooking spray. Pour the batter into a prepared 9x5 loaf pan and bake at 350 for about 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the loaf comes out clean. Let sit for a few minutes (about 10) then remove and cool on a wire rack.

Strawberry Icebox Cake
1 cup Plain fat free Greek yogurt
3 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese, 1/3 Less Fat
1⁄2 tsp Vanilla extract
4 oz Kroger Fat free whipped topping
12 squares, 6 full sheets Reduced-fat cinnamon graham crackers
2 3⁄4 cups sliced, fresh Strawberries
1 tsp Lemon zest
1 tsp Fresh lemon juice
4 tsp Swerve The ultimate sugar replacement, confectioners
In a mixer, beat the yogurt, cream cheese, and Swerve until fluffy, about 3 minutes. Mix in the lemon zest and vanilla. Gently fold in the whipped topping. line a standard loaf pan with a long sheet of parchment paper, making sure it hangs over pan by a few inches to use as handles. then lay a single layer of graham crackers. spread 1/2 of the yogurt mixture, then 1/2 strawberries. Repeat with another layer of graham crackers filling and strawberries. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight until the graham crackers have softened and become cakelike. To serve, remove from pan by pulling up on parchment paper handles.

I modified it just a little as shown in the video.
Ingredients
1/4 Cup fresh lime juice or Key Lime juice from Amazon.
1 box sugar free lime jello (0.3 oz.)
6 oz. fat free Greek Yogurt
8 oz. reduced fat cool whip thawed
3 Pizzelle vanilla cookies broken up
2 limes 1 for the juice and 1 to zest and garnish
Microwave the 1/4 cup of fresh lime juice for about 1 minute until boiling. Add the jello packet and wisk until disolved.
Add jello mixture to the yogurt and wisk till incorporated. Fold in the cool whip until the filling is smooth. Pour mixture over broken up cookies in a 8 to 10 inch baking dish. cover and refrigerate 4 hours until set. zest some lime on top, slice and serve.

Sugar Free Dark Chocolate Creme Pie | Dark Chocolate Creme Pie | Ice Box Pie | No Bake Pie
Are you a chocolate addict like me? Yeah, baby! Dark chocolate is full of antioxidants, which is a plus. I use agave to sweeten so you cut that sugar down and the pie crust is simple and easy to make. This pie is done in less than 30 minutes, did I mention that? Check out this recipe:
Heres the recipe:
16oz Heavy Whipping Cream
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2c Agave
2c Chocolate Ganache

This recipe is so simple, just follow the technique in the video for the steps.

Weight Watchers Freestyle One Point LEMON Cheesecake by WWPoundDropper
Ingredients:
3 eggs
3 cups nonfat plain greek yogurt or nonfat plain yogurt
1 small box instant sugar free/fat free cheesecake or vanilla pudding.
1/2 Tbsp. lemon extract.
3 Tbps. sugar substitute ( I used stevia)
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice.
Directions:
In a mixing bowl add eggs, lemon extract, lemon juice, sugar substitute and beat well. Add yogurt and dry pudding, mix well. Pour into a lightly greased with nonstick cooking spray pie dish or springform pan. I used a 9-inch springform pan.
Bake 350 for 30 min. It may look jiggly but once it’s chilled, it will set. Let it cool for about 15-20 min before covering it with plastic wrap and let it chill overnight in the refrigerator.
It’s recommended to chill overnight before eating. It can take up to 12 hours for the texture and flavor to completely set in. The longer it chills the better it tastes.
