Chef’s Keon Taco Soup
1 can of diced tomatoes
1 can of sweet corn
1 can of Rotel Mild Diced Tomatoes & green chilies
1 can of Pinto Beans
1 can of black beans
1 can of spicy chili kidney beans
1 cup of Mexican Blend of Cheeses Pack
1lb Ground Beef
Chopped Green Onion for garnishing
Cilantro for garnishing
1 cup of Season Blend Mix (onions, red and green peppers, celery and parsley flakes)
Sour Cream with Chives
Bacon Pieces
2 cups of Beef Broth
1-2 packs of Taco Season Packs
1 pack of Dry Ranch Seasoning
Chili Cheese Fritos

MAC & CHEESE CHILI DOG, CHURRO CAKE BITES | Disney Parks Series | WW EASY MEAL PREP FOR WEIGHT LOSS
This week's meal prep takes us to Main Street USA in the Magic Kingdom. We’ll stroll down to Casey’s Corner and pick up a mac and cheese chili dog, then we’ll make our way over to the Frontierland Churro cart and pick up some churro cake bites. Recipes are below!

******CHURRO CAKE BITES******
Start with my base protein donut recipe but add double baking powder (in the video I make a whole batch, but if you only want 24 cake balls, make half a batch)
1/2 cup sugar free Pillsbury Vanilla frosting
2 pumps sugar free coffee sweetener (optional)
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1. Prepare the cake according to the recipe. It may need to cook longer depending on the pan used.
2. Once the cake is cooled, crumble it up into a bowl - either by hand or with a food processor.
3. Add the frosting, sweetener, and cinnamon. Mix it up by folding and smashing it with your spatula.
4. Form into 24 balls.
Each ball is 1 point.
******INSTANT POT CHILI******
1 pound 96% extra lean ground beef
1/4 medium onion, diced
1 clove minced garlic
2 tbsp chili seasoning
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1-2 tbsp monk fruit sweetener (or granulated sweetener of choice)
1/2 cup chicken stock
15 oz can crushed tomatoes
1. Turn instant pot to saute and brown the ground beef, making sure to break it into small pieces.
2. When nearly cooked, add the onions and garlic and cook for another minute.
3. Add the seasonings and let that cook for a couple minutes.
4. Turn off the saute function then add the chicken stock to deglaze the bottom.
5. Add the tomatoes, stir to combine.
6. Cook on the beans/chili setting for 30 minutes, make sure to seal the pressure, then allow the pressure to naturally release for 15 minutes.
Serves 6
2 points per serving
******STOVETOP MACARONI AND CHEESE******
8 oz uncooked elbow macaroni, I use Barilla Protein+
3 tbsp McCormick Country Gravy mix
1/2 cup unsweetened cashew milk
1/2 cup of water
1 cup Velveeta Shreds Cheddar flavor
1. Cook the noodles to 1 minute shy of the package directions.
2. Drain, rinse, and set aside.
3. In the same pot, add the gravy mix, cashew milk, and water. Turn to medium, whisk together, and let it simmer until thick.
4. Turn off the heat then add the cheese. Whisk until the cheese is melted.
5. Add the cooked noodles and stir to coat the noodles with the sauce.
Serves 6

Skinnyish Dish 0 Point Crockpot Marinara (If you use bottled marinara, just adjust the points)

Assemble pizza bagels and cook in air fryer or oven until crispy.
COPYCAT PANERA TURKEY CHILLI: 1/8th= 3sp

2ID BAGEL DOGS: (Inspired by ww_progressnotperfection)
2 Bagel dogs= 7sp
1 cup Self Rising Flour
1 cup NF Greek Yogurt
8 Hebrew National FF Hot Dogs
Everything But The Bagel Seasoning
Combine flour and greek yogurt until dough is formed. Cut dough into 8 equal sections. Roll hot dogs in dough and roll in Everything Seasoning. Cook in air fryer until crispy or in oven at 400 until crispy.
CROCKPOT CHICKEN & GRAVY: (FeliciaFitnessHealth Recipe)
1 serving is 2/3 cup = 2sp
Makes 6 servings
-Boneless skinless chicken breast (around 2lbs)
-2 packets McCormick Chicken Gravy
-1 can Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free)
-2 cups water
-Pepper
Combine soup, gravy mixes, water and pepper into slow cooker and whisk until fully combined. Add chicken into slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 10 hours (or high for 5-6 hours)
Pair with mashed potatoes, rice, or eat by itself! Delicious!
Tip- Make sure chicken is fully thawed before putting in the crockpot. If chicken is frozen the gravy can become too watery and thin
