WW ZERO Point Chicken Taco Soup
Hello! Thanks for checking out my video for this easy and delicious chicken taco soup. It's 0 points on the myWW blue plan. Add cheese, sour cream and tortilla chips to take it to the next level! Enjoy!
Pantry Taco Soup | Weight Watchers friendly???????????? | Pantry Recipes This quick and easy taco soup is not only tasty and WW friendly, it can be made entirely with things from your pantry. I added onion, and cilantro to mine because I had them on hand but neither are necessary in this recipe and totally optional. You can also used dried if you want. I have made this without either when I didn't have them on hand and it's still a delicious filling soup! It is also low in WW points! Other toppings ideas besides Greek yogurt/fat free sour cream are a low fat shredded cheese, avocado or tortilla chips, whatever you have on hand that sounds good. Points are based on the soup alone. WW Points, Calories and Macros included! #mywwplanrecipe #weightwatchers #weightwatchersrecipe
Ingredients: 1 can kidney beans 1 can black beans 1 can great northern beans 1 can corn 1 can fat free refried beans 2 cans diced tomatoes 2 cups chicken broth 1 Tbsp taco seasoning (I used McCormick) 1 onion, chopped (optional) 1 bunch cilantro, chopped (optional) In a large pot, cook onions on medium heat until softened. Add a little chicken broth to keep them from sticking. Once onions are softened, add in remaining ingredients and cook on medium/low heat for about 20-30 minutes until heated and refried beans have dissolved. Add in cilantro and cook another couple of minutes. Makes 18, 1 cup servings. WW Points per serving - 0 PTs. If you are a WW member click this link to take you to the recipe and Recipe builder➡
