Today i show you how to make a soft cake with fresh fruits. Friends, if you are new in my channel please subscribe first.
Mixed fruit cake//Fresh fruit cake
Ingredients
Fresh fruits peeled and cut Make zest from orange and guava Egg: 3 Sugar (powdered): 1 1/2 cup Vanilla essence: 11/2 teaspoon Olive oil: 11/2 cup Butter: 2tblspoon All purpose flour/maida: 2cup Baking powder: 1teaspoon
Preparation
Washed fruits peeled and cut (in the case of orange, remove the skin and fiber from each cloves) and make some zest from orange and guava. Take a bowl and add three eggs, 3/4 cup powdered sugar and 11/2 teaspoon vanilla essence. Mix it well with a whisk or hand blender. Then blend the fruits like chilly,orange,guava and mix with the egg mix. Keep it aside. Take a bowl and add 2cup of maida/flour, 1teaspoon baking powder, 3/4 cup powdered sugar (mix with a strainer). And add the egg mix with it, mix well, add grated carrots and the zest. Mix well, then add pomegranate (optional),mix well and keep aside.
Heat the pan and grease with butter and pour the cake mix. Then heat the fry pan first and place the cake pan and keep the flame low.
Take the cooker and spread some salt and place the cake pot in it. Remove the wieght and close with lid. Turn the flame low.
