Quick & Easy Vegan Eggnog
This is our delicious, Christmassy, VEGAN eggnog recipe! This is a perfect festive drink for the holiday season, totally plant-based.
Eggnog is typically made with milk, eggs and cream but we've made it totally plant-based and vegan. It tastes just as delicious and you can have it hot or cold. It's easy to whip up so get a batch on the go! Let us know what you think in the comments.

Ingredients:
3 tbsp maple syrup
3 tbsp brown cane sugar
1 tsp vanilla bean paste (or extract)
Good grate of nutmeg
1 cinnamon stick
150ml soy cream
500ml soy milk
150ml brandy

2 egg replacers
3/4 cup (180ml) vegan eggnog
1/2 cup (120g) vegan sour cream
1/2 cup (112g) vegan butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1/2 cup (100g) organic sugar
1 1/2 cups (180g) all purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

Vegan Eggnog Recipe - Dairy Free Egg Free - Vegan Christmas Egg Nog
How to make vegan Eggnog, you ask? You mean delicious Christmas Eggnog without dairy, Eggnog without eggs, and Vegan Eggnog without nuts. I can show you how to make vegan Eggnog that will fill your heart and stomach with holiday cheer!
Vegan Eggnog Recipe
Adapted from Post Punk Kitchen's Matrioshka Eggnog by IsaChandra
Yields 12 servings
Ingredients for vegan eggnog:
1 ripe avocado
1 13 oz can coconut milk
½ cup raw sugar
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon cloves
3 1/3 cups almond milk
Rum optional
Instructions on how to make vegan eggnog:
Chill avocado and coconut milk in the freezer for about 45 minutes prior to blending. They should be very cold, but not frozen. It is very important that you complete this step.
Place all of the ingredients into the blender: meat of the avocado, coconut milk, raw sugar, lemon juice, vanilla extract, nutmeg, cinnamon, and cloves. Start the blender and slowly add in almond milk.
Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
Vegan Egg Nog | Cocktail Limelight
Do you love the flavors of the holidays, but can't partake in the festivities due to dietary restrictions? If so, then today's episode is just for you, as we show you how to make the perfect non-dairy egg nog.
THE BEST VEGAN EGG NOG EVER
12.5oz | 375ml Aged Rum (we used Appleton Estate Signature Blend)
4.25oz | 125ml Cognac (we used Pierre Ferrand 1840)
12.5oz | 375ml Sweet Vermouth (we used Dolin Rouge)
4.25oz | 125ml Falernum (we used Bitter Truth Falernum)
.5oz | 20ml Allspice Dram (we used St Elizabeth Allspice Dram)
3oz | 85ml Maple Syrup (use the real stuff. None of this Mrs. Butterworth crap)
6.25 cups | 1500ml Milk Alternative (We used Silk Almond & Cashew Milk due to its high fat content)
1. Add everything together in a large pitcher and stir well. You can briefly mix in a blender if you like, but it is not necessary. You mostly just want to make sure that everything goes into solution, particularly the maple syrup. So, it doesn’t just sink to the bottom.
2. Cover and store in the fridge overnight.
3. This drink works wonderfully both cold & hot.
4. To serve cold, stir briefly before serving & pour into a pre-chilled glass.
5. To serve hot, warm over the stove & pour into a pre-heated mug.
6. Garnish with Grated Cinnamon & Star Anise
