Friends, this came out AMAZING! So easy even a child can do it :)
Tuna Casserole! A quick easy meal!
1 LB. Pasta (Al Dante) I used a little less to keep it creamier)
7 TBLS - Unsalted Butter, cubed (use while making the rough)
1 - Yellow Onion, Fine Diced (Use some of your butter for cooking these)
2 – Minced Garlic, (or you can skip this)
(1/2 C All-Purpose Flour
2 ½ C - Full Fat Milk, Warmed
1 Cup - HEAVY WHIPPING Cream
2 Cans Tuna, Drained
1 C peas (I used a can of Le Sueur)
1 C - Panko Bread Crumbs
1 ½ C - Cheddar Cheese (Or whatever kind you like)
2 ½ TBLS Salt
1 TBLS Pepper
Cook Pasta with salt added to the water (Al Dante) and set aside to drain
Drain the Tuna really well and chunk it up.
Cut the onion and celery into small pieces, add butter to a pan, and cook these up but do not BROWN them.
Add a can of Peas (If you want them in it)
Add more butter to the pan, melt it, and then add the flour to this and keep stirring until it thickens. Then start adding your milk and stirring continuously over med heat. DO NOT LET THIS BROWN UP. Then add your heavy cream and stir, until creamy.
Add your salt and pepper for taste, before adding the pasta and tuna, and TASTE IT.
Add your Tuna and Pasta to the cream sauce, stir well
Spray a pan and add all the pasta/Tuna to the pan
Add Bread crumbs and then your cheese to the top
350 Degrees for around 25-30 minutes. Remove from oven and let sit for 20 minutes or to cool.

Noodles Romanoff Recipe! Noreen's Kitchen Quickie!
Greetings! Here is a side dish that has some Hungarian roots! This one is quick easy and delicious and made from things that you most likely have in your pantry and fridge!
This one takes about 10 minutes to make and that includes cooking the noodles! Stick with egg noodles for this one and make sure that you cook them thoroughly because nobody likes a tough noodle! This would also be wonderful made with homemade noodles if you wanted to take the extra time, but today we are going for fast, fast, fast!
This dish is perfect next to a piece of grilled chicken or fish and gives you a satisfying flavor and creaminess that you really only get from a sauce like this.
I hope you give this a try and I hope you love it!
Happy Eating!
