Cooking Easy Taco Lasagna for Dinner ! - I Heart Recipes
Y’all, this isn’t your typical lasagna recipe, but it is oh-so-good! This taco lasagna recipe combines the best of tex-mex flavor in the form of an Italian classic. It’s a must-try lasagna recipe!
I made my taco lasagna recipe with ground turkey, but feel free to use ground beef! Taco lasagna is the perfect recipe to customize with all your favorite taco fixings, from diced tomatoes and onions to black olives and even guacamole! Have fun with this taco lasagna recipe, y’all!

Timestamps for video:
0:10 - Place ground turkey in a pan.
0:12 - Drizzle with a bit of olive oil.
0:20 - Chop up the turkey.
0:24 - Sprinkle in taco seasoning.
0:31 - Mix until well combined.
0:39 - Add in red onion.
0:42 - Add in green onions.
0:43 - Add in cilantro.
0:49 - Add in minced garlic.
0:54 - Give it a good stir.
0:59 - Add in canned diced tomatoes.
1:10 - Mix until well combined.
1:15 - Let simmer for about 10 minutes.
1:20 - Start adding meat sauce to a pan.
1:27 - Add a layer of lasagna noodles.
1:31 - Add another layer of meat sauce.
1:39 - Sprinkle on a layer of cheese.
1:50 - Add the last layer of lasagna noodles.
1:52 - Top with a final layer of cheese.
2:05 - Cover and bake until cooked through.
2:15 - Let cool for about 5 minutes.
2:17 - Sprinkle with green onions.
2:21 - Drizzle on crema or sour cream.
2:29 - Add on fresh chopped tomatoes.
2:37 - Top with fresh chopped cilantro.

Taco Lasagna -- Easy Mexican Casserole Full of beef, beans, tomatoes and flour tortillas.
Taco Lasagna -- Easy Mexican Casserole Full of beef, beans, tomatoes and flour tortillas.
Taco Lasagna
Ingredients:
• 2 lbs. ground beef
• 1 poblano pepper (seeded and diced)
• 1/2 cup chopped onion
• 1 cup water
• 2 envelopes of taco seasoning
• 1 can black beans rinsed and drained
• 1 28oz can diced tomatoes undrained Rotel or Mexican
• 9 flour tortillas (8 inches)
• 1 can refried beans
• 4 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
2. Spray a 9×13 baking pan with cooking spray.
3. In a large skillet, cook the beef, pepper and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. Drain off any fat.
4. Add water and taco seasoning packets. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and then simmer, uncovered, for 2 minutes.
5. Stir in black beans and tomatoes (with juice). Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
6. Place 2 tortillas in the bottom of a greased 13×9-in. baking dish. Break a third tortilla and piece it together in any holes to make as much of a complete layer of tortillas as possible.
7. Spread with half of the refried beans and half of the beef mixture.
8. Sprinkle with 1 cup cheese.
9. Repeat layers (3 tortillas, remaining beans, remaining beef, 1 cup of cheese).
10. Top with remaining tortillas and 2 cups cheese.
11. Cover with sprayed foil and bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
12. Serve with sour cream and fresh pico de gallo.

Quick Tortilla Lasagna Hack l Lasagna on the Go
Thought I'd jump on the tortilla hack bandwagon and whip up an old Italian favorite using traditional beef lasagna ingredients. You can change up the ingredients, such as ground Italian sausage, grilled veggies, spinach or just plain cheese. Surprisingly, it came out pretty good. Even my picky son loved it! Definitely worth trying.
