Salad:
Red cabbage 1/2 cup

boiled Corn 1/2 cup
Onion chopped 1/2 cup
Pickled red jalapenos (Optional)
lemon juice 1 tbsp
salt 1/2 tsp
black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Tortilla
mozzarella & cheddar cheese grated

Very few plates at a Mexican restaurant grab your attention like a plate of sizzling fajitas. First you hear it, then you smell it…then you wish you ordered that platón instead of the chicken enchiladas.
In this video we’re cooking up Restaurant Style Fajitas. I decided to grab some outside skirts for maximum tenderness, but beware when shopping for them. This particular cut goes fast in stores as restaurants demand such large quantities of it. Either side of skirt will have you eating good either way.
And here is the weekly Pro Tip: Don’t over cook them! Common sense, I know, but you would be surprised how easy these can get away from you. Both the scorching plancha and the sizzling platter can keep the fajitas cooking even more and dry out what would otherwise be delicious and tender meat. Shoot for a medium or even medium-rare before you plate it on skillet to serve.
I always say that BBQ is simple, and although we aren’t on a live fire today the principles still apply. A scorching hot heat source, a great cut of beef and a little technique is all it takes for a dinner that will blow away any one who is lucky enough to chow down.

Mexican Beef Tortilla Wrap Easy Tortilla Wrap Recipe Homemade Tortilla Wrap

Tortilla wrap recipe, easy to prepare at home. Mexican Tortilla recipe in this video, delicious healthy tortilla recipe.
Ingredients:
75 g julienne chopped beef tenderloin, 20 g mushroom, 10 g green pepper, 10 g red capia pepper, 10 g mozzarella cheese, 10 g mozzarella cheese in water, 10 g cheddar cheese, 20 g oyster sauce, 1 piece of tortilla bread, a little bit of vegetable oil and some garlic-infused oil.
Mexican Beef Tortilla Wrap Recipe:
-Fry tenderloins for 3 minutes on a frying pan with vegetable oil and garlic-infused oil.
-Add the peppers and mushrooms to it and fry for 3 more minutes.
-Add the oyster sauce and fry for 2 more minutes.
-Roll out the tortilla bread and put the cooked ingredients on it.
-Add mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese in water and wrap it up.
-Bake in a preheated oven for 3 minutes at 250 degrees Celcius (482 degrees Fahrenheit).

Ingredients:
8 tortilla breads
300 gms cheddar cheese
For the meat:
300 gms minced meat
2 tbsp oil
2 onions (medium-size)
400 gms mushroom
1 cup green bell pepper
1 cup red bell pepper
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tbsp yogurt
1 tbsp mayonnaise
For the sauce:
2 tbsp oil
3 minced garlic cloves
1 tbsp tomato paste
3 grated tomatoes
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
some dried thyme for garnish
