Today's episode is about an easy torta cebuana recipe. Torta Cebuana or Torta Bisaya is a popular mini cake in the Visayas and all of Cebu. The torta in Cebu use “ Tuba ” or coconut liquor, as the leavening agent but in this recipe we will use yeast.
Today's episode is about making red velvet crinkles . These crinkles are delicious and sandwich with smooth and luscious cream cheese filling.

Ingredients you will need:
1/3 cup warm water
1 pack active dry yeast or 2 1/4 tsp
8 egg yolks
½ cup white sugar
½ cup evaporated milk
½ cup condensed milk
½ cup vegetable oil
1 ½ cup plain flour
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla extract
For the toppings:
¼ cup melted unsalted butter

Tip!!!! Make sure the oil is hot after making the first milanesa tun up the heat to high and make sure you cook for 2 minutes each side
Ingredients: 8 servings
2 lbs extra thin beef top round (milanesa), beef sirloin tip steak or you can use chicken breast
3 cups flour
6 eggs
3 cups plain bread crumbs
1 1/2 tsp cumin
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp paprika
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp California chili powder
1 tbsp oregano
oil

The TORTA is the most popular Mexican sandwich. If there has ever been a no right way no wrong meal, it’s the TORTA. There are so many ways to recreate the Mexican Sandwich – you can use round buns, bolillos, any meats like bistek, ham, fajitas, or even no meat at all.
Depending what region of Mexico you are from or if you’re along the Texas border, that can be the influence of which bread and meats you decide to make your sandwich with.
But y’all know me, I gotta go big, so today we’re making this torta with FAJITAS, HAM and SAUSAGE! Let’s call it the three meat combo torta…sheesshhh!
We’re gonna get our blackstone plancha out and get it nice and hot for a good sear and extra flavor, I love me a good char on my griddle cooked meats.
After a quick cook we’re gonna slice everything up and get it ready for assembly.
This epic sandwich starts with laying down a nice layer of grilled jalapeño beans with cheese. Then we’re gonna stack our proteins nice and hearty. On the other side we’re gonna slather some avocado, put some lettuce and tomato down and put a nice drizzle of crema to top it off.

EASY TORTA RECIPE FOR BAKERY BUSINESS
baking time and temp: 200°C for 22-25 minutes
yield:17-20 pcs.
molder: 4.5 oz. mamon pan
ingredients
2 large eggs
1 cup margarine (130 grams)
500 grams light brown sugar (2 and 1/2 cups)
1 tsp. salt (6 grams)
200 ml. milk
400 ml. water
750 grams all purpose flour
1 cup powdered milk
1 and 1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. baking powder

Simple & Easy To Make Torta Cebuana Recipe Ingredients:
1cup all purpose flour
4pcs egg yolks
1/2 cup cooking oil
3/4 cup white sugar
140ml evaporated milk
1tsp vanilla flavor
1tsp baking powder
1/4tsp salt
Simple & Easy To Make Torta Cebuana Recipe Procedure:
Sift 1cup all purpose flour, 1/4tsp salt and 1tsp baking powder. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, beat 4pcs egg yolks and 1tsp vanilla flavor.
Then add 3/4 cup white sugar, 1/2 cup vegetable oil and 140ml evaporated milk. Mix them well until sugar is totally dissolved.
Add the flour mixture and mix well until smooth.
Transfer the batter into a dispenser and set aside.
Grease the bottom of the torta molder with cooking oil or butter and put parchment paper.
Distribute the batter into 4pcs torta molder.
Bake in a preheated oven for 25-30mins at 175°C or until the top of the torta turns golden brown.
Remove the torta from the oven and put them in a cooling rack.
While still hot, brush each torta with butter and dash with white sugar.
