Tortilla de papas, la receta de tortilla Española que mas gusta en casa para desayunar, fácil y rica. Esta tortilla de papas nos encanta para el desayuno o incluso para la comida, pues me parece una receta practica, ademas de deliciosa, en casa nos gusta rellena de queso.

⏩Ingredientes para la tortilla de papas:
600 gr de Papas (3 Papas medianas).
5 a 6 Huevos (Yo use 5 Huevos medianos).
1 Cebolla Chica (opcional).
Sal al gusto.
Rebanadas de Queso para derretir (Yo use Queso Cheddar).
⏩Tips y Recomendaciones:
1. La proporción de papas-huevo es: Por cada 100 a 120 gr de Papa se necesita 1 Huevo.
2. Puedes dejar menos tiempo cocinar tu tortilla de papas a fuego medio-bajo si quieres que quede menos cocida.
3. Al voltear hazlo rápidamente y con decisión, antes de voltear pasa alrededor una palita para asegurarte que este despegada, es importante usar un sarten antiadherente.

Sausage Quiche
Ingredients
• 1 9-inch unbaked deep dish frozen pie crust
• 8 oz mild or spicy breakfast sausage
• 5 green onions green onions thinly sliced
• 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese divided
• 1 cup half and half
• 6 large eggs
• 1 tsp garlic salt
• 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
• 1/2 tsp ground mustard
• few dashes hot sauce optional
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Place pie shell on cookie sheet. Set aside.
2. In a non-stick skillet over medium high heat, cook the sausage
3. Add the green onion and cook for 1 minute longer. Drain excess fat from pan.
4. Spread 1/2 sausage mixture in pie shell and sprinkle with 1/2 cheese. Spread remaining sausage over cheese.
5. In a medium size mixing bowl whisk together the half and half, eggs, salt, pepper,and mustard. Add a few dashes hot sauce, if desired.
6. Pour evenly over sausage. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
7. Place into oven and bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set when gently shaken. Check at 30 minutes and lay a piece of aluminum foil on top to prevent over browning if needed.
8. Allow to rest for 30 minutes. Serve warm.

500g 5% fat beef mince, 800g maris piper potatoes, 1 onion, 2 celery sticks, 1 carrot, 2 cloves garlic, 100g mushrooms, 1/2 broccoli, 1 tbsp bovril beef paste or 1 beef stock cube, 400ml water, 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce, herbs of choice (rosemary, thyme, sage, bay leaf etc.), 75g 30% less fat cheddar cheese, 1 tbsp flour, 100ml milk, 1 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp olive oil
