1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 carrot
9 green onions (scallions)
1 Tablespoon ginger
1 Tablespoon garlic
1 teaspoon chili flakes
1 Tablespoon szechwan pepper corns
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 Tablespoon cornstarch (cornflour)

Don't let some of the ingredients fool you--this spicy shrimp makes a simple, impressive dish, which I usually make for company. For more or less heat, adjust amount of red pepper. Serve over hot steamed rice.

Ingredients:
4 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon honey
½ teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 teaspoon fresh ginger paste
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
¼ cup green onions, diced
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
1 small red onion
6 small sweet peppers (any color combination works, I used red, orange & yellow)
14 ounces raw shrimp, peeled & deveined
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

✅Ingredients
• 1/4 cup water
• 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 1 1/2 tablespoons Asian chili garlic sauce
• 1 tablespoon freshly minced ginger
• 2-3 cloves crushed garlic
• 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
• 2 teaspoons cornstarch
• 1 teaspoon honey
• 1 tablespoon vegetable or canola oil
• 2 cups frozen broccoli florets, thawed
• 1 pound jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
• 1/4 cup sliced green onions
✅Instructions
1️⃣ 00:17 - In a small mixing bowl, whisk together water, soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, ginger, garlic, red pepper flakes, honey, and cornstarch.
2️⃣ 01:21 - Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat. Pour in cooking oil and add in broccoli and shrimp. Pour sauce over.
3️⃣ 01:48 - Toss and allow shrimp to cook until it turns pink. Turn off heat and stir in green onions. Serve hot.

Spicy Szechuan/Sichuan shrimp stir-fry Chinese Restaurant Classic HOMEMADE!
Szechuan or Sichuan cooking is a style of preparing food from the Sichuan province of China, that is spicier, more peppery than the typical American Chinese food found in most Asian restaurants. I love the extra heat in most Szechuan/Sichuan recipes!
This wonderful shrimp dish is my own version of the classic restaurant favorite. It definitely is not an authentic recipe but it is extremely flavorsome is aromatic, each bite of succulent shrimp coated in the gingery, spicy sauce, just tantalizes your tastebuds! It’s a must try, and extremely simple. You can substitute shrimp with boneless chicken cut into cubes, or even any white fish of your choice, cut in cubes. You can even make a vegetarian stir fry medley and toss in the sauce! This goes great with rice or noodles, and I even like having it without any side dish.
