Anchor Arpita welcomes cooking expert Sejal ben. Today she prepares dishes of Gauri Vrat Special. Her first recipe was Banana Tikki Chat using cooked raw banana, grated coconut, raisins, crushed peanuts, grated paneer, pepper powder. Tikki was shallow fried and assemble with banana chewdo, khajur & pineapple chutney, curd and cherry. Next recipe Walnut Jamun Kalakand was made using ghee, milk powder, paneer, condensed milk, jamun pulp, walnut powder and cardamom powder. Then cooking expert Smita ben prepares Pesto Pasta with grilled vegetables using cooked bow pasta, grilled tomato, carrot, mushroom and capsicum. Then pepper powder, mix herbs and salt sprinkle over it and mixes olive oil and pesto sauce. Her next recipe was Hot Cabbage with Sweet and Sour Dip using par boiled cabbage, lemon juice, red chilli paste, sweet chilli paste, crushed garlic, sugar, roasted til and fried bread.
