1 pk Frozen chopped leaf spinach 1 pt Helman's Mayonaise (16 oz) 1 c Sour cream (8 oz.) 1/2 c Chopped onions Thaw and drain spinaach well. Thoroughly mix all ingredients together. Chill, for best results, chill overnight. Serve with fresh cut vegetables or with pumpernickle bread. Great dip!! Usually have to double recipe.

Vegan Spinach Dip Recipe
INGREDIENTS: 2 tbsp vegan butter or margarine 150-200g of spinach Pinch of salt 2 cloves of garlic 2 tbsp flour 1 cup of soy milk Salt and pepper to taste 1 tbsp nutritional yeast 50g vegan cheese of choice ⠀ METHOD: 1. Melt the butter in a pan, add spinach and a pinch of salt and let it cook covered for 3 minutes. 2. Add garlic and let it release the aroma 3. Add flour and stir it until it’s almost invisible. Then add soy milk and stir until the flour dissolves in the milk 4. Season with salt, pepper and nutritional yeast and stir for 2 minutes until it thickens 5. Add cheese, let melt. Turn off and let it cool before serving with some tortilla chips
