10 oz Frozen spinach; thawed 1/3 c Chopped green onions 1/4 c Chopped parsley 16 oz Sour cream 1 c Mayonnaise 1 pk Knorr Leek Soup mix 1/4 t Garlic powder Salt & Pepper if desired Drain spinach well; squeeze out all excess moisture. Chop well by hand or in food processor. Combine with all other ingredients, blend well and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

This is hands down one of my favorite dips, and this is how I make it.
——Ingredients—— -12 oz bag of frozen spinach or fresh -1 cup of artichoke hearts (chopped) -1 8oz block of cream cheese -1/3 cup of mayonnaise -1/4 cup of sour cream -1 cup of mozzarella cheese -1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese for the top -1/2 cup of white cheddar cheese -1/2 cup of parmesan cheese -1/2 teaspoon of chili flakes -1/2 teaspoon salt -1/2 black pepper -1 teaspoon onion powder -1 teaspoon garlic powder -1 teaspoon of paprika : Oven temperature 375° for 30 to 35 minutes or until cheese is all melted and bubbly.
