2 Shallots; minced 2 Garlic cloves; minced 1 Stalk fresh lemon grass - finely chopped 1 tb Red curry paste; -=OR=- 1 ts -Cayenne 1/4 c Crunchy peanut butter 1 tb Palm sugar or brown sugar 1 tb Fish sauce (nam pla) 1 c Thin coconut milk -(prepared from 1 cn -Unsweetened coconut milk) Use this spicy peanut sauce with all types of Thai-flavored noodles or grilled meats. IN A SAUCEPAN, saute shallots, garlic and lemon grass until soft. Add red curry paste and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Add peanut butter, palm sugar, fish sauce and coconut milk. Cook over medium heat until thick (about 15 minutes). Add water if it is too thick. Pour into a shallow bowl. TO PREPARE THIN COLONUT MILK: Pour 1 can unsweetened coconut milk into a tall glass. Allow to sit for at least 1 hour so the thick cream rises to the top. Skim off top (cream) and set aside. The rest is thin coconut milk. Makes 1 1/2 Cups

Here’s a dish you can make in just about 10 minutes. All of these ingredients are very common in asian cooking. I use these ingredients over and over again in my recipes and I’ve linked everything in my bio on my amazon storefront if you need it!

This recipe is for about 3 servings, but I only made one serving for this video. You’ll need about 1 tbsp of peanut butter for 1 serving of noodles.
ingredients - 300g noodles - 3 tbsp soy sauce - 1 tbsp sesame oil - 3 tbsp creamy unsalted peanut butter - pinch of sugar, depending on taste - 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional) - 1 tbsp homeade crispy garlic chili oil + more as topping
- 3/4 cup (175ml) leftover water I recommend slowly adding the water as you mix in case you don’t need as much. It will depend on your noodle type and starchiness as well, but the sauce will thicken up as it cools.

2 Tablespoons peanut butter (lets be real I used 3) 1 Teaspoon soy sauce ½ Tablespoon rice vinegar ½ teaspoon sesame oil (let's be real I used a full teaspoon like a badass) ½ teaspoon sugar (I made it once without the sugar and it was still good) 1 teaspoon of chili oil (let's be real that's exactly how much I used) 2 cloves or garlic chopped finely Wangjangle all of those things together Add 2 or 3 tablespoons of hot water which you can add now or later. I added it just after the noodles finished cooking so that the sauce would be hotter going in
Boil 200 grams/7 ounces noodles. I used a bit less because I like my noodles drowning in sauce. That's also the reason I used more of all the other ingredients.
Then combinate those things and then also eat them.
