How To make Spicy Ginger Sauce (For Pasta)
3 tb Vegetable oil
3 tb Rice vinegar
1 1/2 tb Low-sodium soy sauce
1 tb Oriental sesame oil
2 ts Minced peeled fresh ginger
2 Garlic cloves; minced
1 ts Sugar
1/2 ts Chili oil; -OR-
1/4 ts -Dried crushed red pepper
2 Green onions; thinly sliced
1 Carrot; peeled, shredded
1/2 Cucumber
-- peeled, seeded, chopped 1/4 c Chopped fresh cilantro
Whisk all ingredients to blend in large bowl. Refrigerate.

Ingredients
1/4 cup tahini
2 tbsp plant-based mayonnaise (I like Justegg or Follow Your Heart brand)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp agave nectar
1 tbsp yondu or vegetarian oyster sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 to 4 tbsp Seonkyoung’s chili oil
2 to 4 tbsp water
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp finely grated ginger
3 portions dried, fresh or frozen wheat noodles or any of your favorite noodles
2 Persian cucumber, julienned
2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

It goes very well with meat, dumplings and even added to noodles. Aunty Mary shows how to make this easy recipe of spicy garlic chilli ginger dipping sauce at home.
Ingredients
Handful of coriander, chopped
1 red chilli, seeds removed (or not), chopped
1/2 bulb garlic, peel and chop
1 knob of ginger, grate to get about 2 tsp
Juice of 2 limes
1 tsp salt (I use Himalayan salt)
1/2 C vinegar (I use apple cider vinegar)
1/4 C sugar (I use unrefined sugar)
Note:
All the ingredients above can be adjusted to your preference.

This results in a more pungent taste (which some people prefer), but my dad prefers cooking everything because it lasts much longer in the refrigerator.
2: This is an updated excerpt from our longer Bak Chit Gai video ( from our Lunar New Year series!) Ginger Scallion Sauce is a great recipe on its own, so I figured it deserves its own video.
