How To make Spicy Crab Over Pasta
1 tb Olive oil
2 md Garlic cloves, chopped fine
1/2 md Green bell pepper, diced
1 ts Crushed red pepper flakes
1 cn Salt-free whole tomatoes
- 16 oz. 1/2 c Rich, salt-free fish stock
1 tb Double-concentrate tomato
-paste 1 tb Fresh parsley, finely
- chopped 2 ts Sugar
1 ts Finely grated lemon zest
1 Bay leaf
1/2 lb Flaked crabmeat
Cooked pasta your choice In a large skillet or saucepan, heat the oil with the garlic, bell pepper, and red pepper flakes over moderate heat. When they sizzle, add the tomatoes, crushing them with your hands, and stir in the fish stock, tomato paste, parsley, sugar, lemon zest, and bay leaf. Simmer for 7 to 10 minutes, until thick but still fairly liquid. The stir in the crabmeat and continue simmering until the sauce is thick, 3 to 5 minutes more. Serve over cooked pasta such as spaghetti, linguine, fettuccine or fettuccelli.

Crab Linguine Recipe
Our recipe to make the most delicious Crab Linguine, using the freshest ingredients. A super quick and easy meal, not just for the weekend!
INGREDIENTS:
250g linguine
100g brown crab meat
200g white crab meat
75ml white wine
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 garlic cloves - chop finely
1 shallot - chop finely
1 red chilli, chopped
Lemon
Parsley
METHOD:
- Bring a pan of salted water to the boil and add the linguine. Stir occasionally to ensure it doesn't stick.
- In a deep frying pan, add 3 tbsp of the oil and gently fry the chilli and garlic.
- Turn up the heat, add the white wine and simmer until combined.
- Take the pan off the heat and add the brown crab meat. Stir until well mixed and a thick sauce begins to form.
- Once the pasta has cooked, turn it off the heat and lift it straight in to the frying pan, saving the pasta water for later. Put the frying pan back on low heat.
- Add the white crab meat, some chopped parsley and a dash of pasta water and mix. Add a squeeze of lemon, sprinkle with parsley and serve.
