How To make Spicy Dip For Vegetables
1/4 c Seedless Raisins
1 c Cottage Cheese; Cream Style
2 tb Vinegar
1/2 ea Onion; Small, Cut Up
1 ts Chili Powder
1/2 ts Curry Powder; To Taste
3/4 ts Salt
1/8 ts Black Pepper; Freshly Ground
DIPPING VEGETABLES:
1 x ;Your Choice Of Veggies
Place raisins in small bowl and cover with hot tap water. Let stand 10 minutes. Meanwhile, in blender container, combine cottage cheese, vinegar, onion, chili powder, curry, salt and pepper. Add drained, soaked raisins. Cover and blend at high speed until smooth and creamy. If necessary, add 1 T water in which raisins were soaked (or plain water) to make good dipping consistency. Serve well chilled with a selection of vegetables, such as cauliflowerets, carrot sticks, blanched green beans, radish roses. broccoli, celery stick, zucchini sticks, or cooked artichokes.

Greek Yogurt Veggie Dip
Heres what you need:
Ingredients:
16 oz Green Yogurt
3 Tbsp. Dried Parsley
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Dried Basil
1 Tbsp. Green Onions
Optional Toppings:
1 Tbsp. Green Onions
1/2 tsp Dried Minced Garlic
1/2 tsp Dried Minced Onion
Instructions:
In a medium size bowl, combine greek yogurt, dried parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, salt, dried basil, and green onions. Mix until well combined.
To prepare the platter, cut an assortment of your favorite vegetables into the shape they are easiest to dip with. (We used cauliflower, cucumber, green bell pepper, broccoli, celery, yellow bell pepper, carrots, red bell pepper, radishes, and cherry tomatoes.) Surrounding a bowl, lay vegetables on top of a bed of kale and fill the bowl with the dip. Optional: Sprinkle with some green onions, dried minced garlic, and dried minced onion. Serve & enjoy! ???????? Store this dip in an air tight container in the fridge up to 5 days.
It can be used as a spread, dip or as base for sauces.

RECIPE (the entire dip contains 1215cal/13P/49C/105F):
-about 500g carrots
-1 onion
-3 cloves garlic
-a drizzle olive oil
-a small piece ginger
-zest of 1/2 lemon
-2 Tbsp lemon juice
-a handful fresh parsley
-1/4 cup (60ml) oil
-1/4 cup (25g) breadcrumbs (optional)
-1/2 cup (50g) nuts (walnuts, almonds or hazelnuts)
-1 Tsp each salt, cumin, paprika, chili flakes
-1/4 Tsp cinnamon
CUT the carrots in small pieces/ROAST carrots, onion, garlic drizzled with olive oil at 175C/350F for 30-35min/ADD all ingredients to a food processor and BLEND until smooth (to make it creamier add a touch of water)

For Chilli Paste
Kashmiri chilli dry – 15-20 nos
Hot water – for boiling
For Sauce
Oil – 4tbsp
Garlic chopped – 2tbsp
Tomato ketchup – 1 cup
Light Soya sauce – 1tbsp
Salt
Sugar – 1tsp
Vinegar – 1tsp
Water – 3 cups
Corn Starch – 2 tsp
Water – 4tbsp
Spring onions chopped – ¼ cup
