▶︎ 15.5 ounces Black beans - drained and rinsed
▶︎ 15.25 ounces Canned corn - drained
▶︎ 4 tomatoes - chopped
▶︎ 2 cloves garlic - finely minced
▶︎ 1/2 cup chopped red onion
▶︎ 1/3 cup chopped cilantro
▶︎ 1/8 cup lime juice - about 1 large lime
▶︎ 1/4 teaspoon House Seasoning Blend
▶︎ 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

How to Make Corn and Black Bean Salad Dip for hot SUMMER days!
(FULL RECIPE BELOW) Let’s make the most of summer by serving the most easy and delish Black Bean and Corn Salad ever with a creamy dressing made with NESTLÉ® MEDIA CREMA®!
This is a quick and easy, no cook side dish that pairs well with grilled meats or can be served as a dip with tortilla chips. Yum, right? All you have to do is mix the vegetable ingredients with a creamy salad dressing, and then serve chilled. This corn salad with black beans will become one of your go-to healthy corn recipes for summer.
BLACK BEAN AND CORN SALAD RECIPE
Ingredients:
2 cans black beans, drained and rinsed
1 1/2 cups canned corn kernels, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup red onion, minced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 avocado peeled, pit removed and diced
1 jalapeno (ribs and seeds removed), then minced
1/4 cup NESTLÉ® MEDIA CREMA®
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup lime juice
2 teaspoons honey
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Yellow corn tortilla chips (to serve salad with)
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, add the black beans, corn, red onion, red bell pepper, avocado, and jalapeno. Reserve!
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the Media Crema, mayo, lime juice, honey, chili powder, cumin, and salt and pepper until obtaining a homogeneous, creamy mixture. Then stir in the chopped cilantro with a spoon.
3. Pour the dressing over the reserved vegetable mixture and toss gently to coat.
Serve with corn tortilla chips and enjoy!

Black Bean Salad with Corn, Red Pepper and Cilantro Healthy Salads / DEPSEYIMBIN
#blackbean salad are one of my favorites simply because it is highly nutritious and tasty.
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cup Black beans
1 cup corn
1 cup chopped red pepper
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
3 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
In these video we used canned black beans and canned #corn.( It is better to cook your own black beans and sweet corn when making this salad.) for the reason that my employers( aged 76 and 79) cannot find dried black beans in our nearest supermarkets and they don't like fresh corn too.
