How To make Spaghetti Alla Putanesca
1 1/2 tb Olive oil
3 Garlic cloves
minced
3 Anchovy fillets :
chopped
14 oz Italian plum tomatoes
-(canned), including liquid 1 c Pitted black olives, sliced
1/4 c Capers
1 lb Spaghetti
Chopped parsley
In a skillet, heat oil. Add garlic and anchovies; cook over low heat until almost melted. Chop tomatoes; add to skillet. Stir in olives and capers; cook for 5 minutes. Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain. Add tomato mixture and mix well. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately. Makes 4 to 6 servings. Pasta puttanesca is one of the most famous (and loved) Italian pasta dish. The origins of this dish are disputed between Lazio and Campania: in fact the versions are multiple as well as the legends about its origin. But there are some keystone: we do use spaghetti and a sauce made with canned peeled tomatoes, capers, garlic, dries chili pepper, olives and – in Lazio region – anchovies fillets too. Puttanesca pasta is a tasty and rich dish: you’ll love it!

Los Espaguetis a la Puttanesca son un plato exquisito y sencillo de preparar típico de la cocina napolitana. Es perfecto como primer plato para el almuerzo o la cena, cuando hay poco tiempo pero no quieres renunciar a algo delicioso.
INGREDIENTES (4 porciones):
320 gr de espaguetis de buena calidad
400 gr de tomates perita pelados tipo San Marzano
150 gr de aceitunas negras
2 cucharadas generosas de alcaparras desaladas o en salmuera
4 – 5 cucharadas de aceite de oliva virgen extra
1 ramita de perejil fresco
1 pepperoncino o chile rojo seco picante
3 o 4 filetes de anchoas
