How To make Spaghetti Alla Salsa Cruda
1 1/2 lb Spaghetti
6 Tomatoes, fresh, ripe
Parsley, fresh, chopped 2 cl Garlic, large, chopped
1/4 c Fresh basil, rough chopped
Extra virgin olive oil Salt Freshly ground black pepper
Wash the tomatoes, then cut into small pieces and set in a colander to drain. In a large saucepan containing 7 pints(6L) of salted water, cook the pasta al dente. Drain the spaghetti in a colander Put the tomatoes, basil, garlic, parsley and a little oil into a large serving bowl. Add the hot pasta and mix gently to blend all the ingredients thoroughly. Add more oil, salt, plenty of pepper and stir gently again. Serve at room temperature.

In this video I’m gonna share the authentic, restaurants style and homemade recipe we use for our favorite snack and condiment – PICO DE GALLO!
My personal pro tip here is to use SERRANOS instead of jalapeños to take the heat up a few notches. And the best part of this recipe is you can adjust all the ingredients to you personal preferences.
You can add more tomato, less onion, double the chile or omit the cilantro – whatever you and your friends and family like, it can be done easily in this delicious recipe.
Ingredients
9 Roma Tomatos
1/2 White Onion
3 Whole Serranos (or Jalapeños for less heat)
1 Head of Cilantro (chopped)
1 Large Lime
2 tsp Sea Salt

Pasta alla checca, the easiest of all Roman pastas.
This is one of our family's favorite pasta recipes from Guiliano Hazan's The Classic Pasta Cookbook. It takes about 20 minutes and all you have to do is use fresh tomatoes and other ingredients. The sauce is uncooked save for scalding the tomatoes and herbs in hot olive oil.
