How To make Southwestern Wraps
1 cup cooked rice
3/4 cup salsa
15 oz. can black beans, drained
rinsed
11 oz. can Mexicorn, drained :

8 ounces deli turkey OR
chicken 1/2" cubes 8 ounces Jalapeno cheese :
1/2" cubes
6 flour tortillas (10 inch) -- warmed
*NOTE: Mexicorn is canned corn with red and green peppers. 1. In large bowl, stir together all ingredients except tortillas. 2. Place about 1 cup filling in center of each warm tortilla. Fold two opposite edges of tortilla toward center over filling. Roll up open end of tortillas toward opposite edge. Place, seam-side down, on microwave-safe plate. 3. Microwave two sandwiches on high, turning or rearranging after half the time, until heated through (1 to 2 minutes). Repeat with remaining sandwiches. Serve with salsa, if desired. Southwest Chicken and Bacon Wraps
Marinated chicken, crispy bacon, and a creamy southwest ranch sauce all wrapped up in a warm tortilla make for a delicious Southwest Chicken Wrap. These grilled chicken wraps are a great meal for groups of people or to make ahead and freeze.
PRINTABLE RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS:
2 pounds chicken tenders (or you can use chicken breasts)
1 batch of Southwest Chicken Marinade
8 slices (about a half pound) bacon, fully cooked and crumbled (try our No Fail Bacon method)
1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend (or shredded cheddar)
Shredded lettuce
Diced tomatoes
1 or 2 batches of Creamy Southwest Ranch Sauce (sub: combine 1:1 ratio of salsa and store-bought Ranch Dip)
8 burrito-sized whole wheat tortillas

DELICIOUS Southwest Chicken Wraps | #shorts
Ingredients
For the taco seasoning
1 tbsp tan
1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp oregano
For the sauce
3/4 cup sour cream
3/4 cup salsa
1 1/2 taco seasoning
Toppings
1/2 cup Diced tomatoes
1 cup Chopped lettuce
1/2 cup Grated cheddar cheese
2 Chopped chicken breast
1/2 cup Tortilla chops
Directions
Combine ingredients for taco seasoning, or just use pre-made packet. Season chicken and sear in pan (3-4 min on each side), then transfer to oven until it reaches internal temperature of 165°. Combine ingredients for sauce. Using flour or corn tortilla, spread sauce, add chicken, cheese, lettuce, tomato, crush tortilla chips. Wrap tightly then add to hot pan to sear it shut. Slice and enjoy!
