- 250g Yogurt
(ヨーグルト)
- 40g Cake flour
(薄力粉)
- 4 Egg whites
(卵白)
- 1/4Tsp Lemon juice
(レモン汁)
- 80g Sugar
(グラニュー糖)
- Mold size 18cm
(ケーキ型)
- Hot water
(お湯)
- Bake at 150℃ for 80 minutes
(150℃ - 80分焼く)

The most Fluffy and Moist Cake I have ever had! No Oven! No Baking powder! Extremely Easy homemade
* Ingredients
3 Large Eggs
30g (2 tbsp) Cooking oil
45g (3 tbsp) Milk
70g (0.54 cup) Cake flour
2.5ml (1/2 tsp) Vanilla extract (optional)
2g (1/4 tsp) Lemon juice
50g (2 tbsp) Sugar
cake pan size: 15cm/6''
Steam for about 45 minutes on medium heat
Important tips
1. Need 3 large eggs, shelled about 55-60 grams
2. If you don't have vanilla extract, you can omit it.
3. Whip the egg whites on medium-high speed first, after adding sugar for the third time, turn to medium-low speed and whip until neutral - dry peaks.
4. Put the cake into the steamer after the water boils and steam for about 45 minutes on medium heat.

flour or (maida) 3 tbsp
cornflour 1 tbsp
lemon zest 1tbsp
pinch of salt
3 Egg Whites
lemon juice 1 tbsp
sugar 5 tbsp
***baking pan size 6 inch***
baking time : bake preheated oven at 160c for 30 to 35 minutes
some powdered sugar on top - optional

▣ Ingredients:
Egg yolks 90g
Egg whites 150g
Cake flour 40g
Cocoa powder 25g
Unsalted butter 55g
Chocolate(62%) 25g
Milk 75g
Sugar 55g
▣ Mold size:15 × 15cm
▣ Baking:155℃/311℉ ⇨ 70min
▣ Method:
1. First, separate the egg whites and egg yolks, and freeze the egg whites for about fifteen minutes.
2. Heat the butter, bring to a boil and turn off the heat, add the sifted cake flour and cocoa powder, mix well, then add the chocolate, let it stand for a minute, mix well.
3. Add the milk, mix well, then add the egg yolks and mix well.
4. Whip the egg whites until they are curved, then mix well with the chocolate batter and pour into the mold, add hot water to the baking pan and bake.
5. Confirm whether the baking is cooked, you can use a bamboo stick in the middle, if there is no wet batter, it is cooked, out of the oven, remove on the drying net, ready to eat ~
