Das leckerste Suppen Rezept, das ich je gemacht habe! Rezept für Fischsuppe. Ein schnelles Suppenrezept mit einem Minimum an Zutaten und Ihrer Zeit. Cremige Suppe mit Thunfisch ist köstlich! Wie man Suppe kocht, heute zeige ich dir eine Norwegische Suppe, die dir bestimmt schmecken wird. Nur 40 Minuten und ein gesundes Suppenrezept ist fertig. Rezept für Fischsuppe:
1 Zwiebel.
Olivenöl.
Die Zwiebel bei mittlerer Hitze anbraten.
Lauch.
1 roter Paprika.
1 Karotte.
In kleine Würfel schneiden.
1 scharfe Chilischote.
Abdecken und 7 Minuten garen.
2 Kartoffeln.
Wasser 2 Liter / 10 Gläser.
Mit einem Deckel abdecken und 15 Minuten garen.
Pilze 100 gr.
Olivenöl.
3 Minuten bei mittlerer Hitze braten.
2 Knoblauch, Weitere 2 Minuten braten.
Gekochte Pilze in die Suppe geben.
Thunfisch in Dosen 300 gr.
Salz, Schwarzer Pfeffer.
Thymian.
Mit einem Deckel abdecken und weitere 15 Minuten garen.
1 Ei (wir brauchen ein Eigelb).
Sahne 100 ml / 1/2 Tasse.
Mit Suppe verdünnen und umrühren.
Zur Suppe geben.
Den Herd ausschalten, alles mischen und 15 Minuten ziehen lassen.
Petersilie, Fein hacken.

Sicilian Fish Soup, courtesy of chef Scott Gooding
Chef Scott Gooding (My Kitchen Rules contestant, health coach, author, and founder of the Scott Gooding Project) shows us how to make Sicilian Fish Soup, using MSC certified ling fillets.
INGREDIENTS
4 MSC ling fillets - roughly chopped
1 tablespoon butter
1 red onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 long red chili
½ bunch parsley stalks
Handful pitted Kalamata olives
1 punnet cherry tomatoes
400g tinned tomatoes
½ cup of passata
1/3 cup chicken or fish broth
1 tablespoon capers – roughly chopped
Sea salt
Black pepper
Serves 2-4
Cooking time 10 mins
• De-seed and finely chop the chili, and finely chop the red onion, garlic and parsley stalks.
• Heat the butter in a deep fry pan or sauce pan on medium heat, then add the onion, garlic, chili, and parsley stalks, and sauté until softened.
• Add the broth, passatta, tinned tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, olives, capers, salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes to allow the flavours to blend and sauce to thicken.
• Reduce the heat to a simmer and throw in the ling fillets – cook for 3-5 minutes or until fish is cooked through. Cooking time will depend on size and thickness of the fillets.
• Add salt and pepper to taste, and serve in bowls. Enjoy!
