How to Clean Shrimp?
While cleaning shrimp, firstly wash the shrimp with plenty of water. After washing the shrimp, cut off the head and legs. Then remove the shrimp shell from the body. While doing this, be careful not to crumble the meat on the body part. With the help of a knife, peel off the shell. After cleaning the shell part, also remove the veins. Slightly open the abdomen of the shrimp with a knife. Use a spoon to clean viscus. You can do the same with your fingers.
Do You Need To Clean Frozen Shrimp?
No. If you don't want to clean shrimp, you can buy ready-made frozen and cleaned shrimp from the grocery stores.
How to Boil Shrimp?
If you are not using frozen shrimp, you can use whole shrimp while boiling. If you are going to add it to pasta or salad, you can boil them with their peels. Preferably, you can cook after cleaning the shrimp. When boiling shrimp, you should be careful not to overcook it.
Add hot water to a deep pan. When the water starts to boil, add the shrimp. Boil the shrimps until the skin turns pink. If it is jumbo shrimp, boil it for 5-6 minutes, if you are cooking small-sized shrimp, boil it for 3-4 minutes. Then take the shrimp out of the pot and rinse them in cold water.
How to Cook Frozen Shrimp?
How to thaw frozen shrimp? If you are going to use frozen shrimp, first of all fill a bowl with cold water. Put the frozen shrimp in the refrigerator bag. Place in a bowl full of cold water. Leave for about 15 minutes until the shrimp is thawed. You can then boil the shrimp or bake them in the oven.
You can also quickly thaw frozen shrimp in the microwave. Let it stand for about 5 minutes in the defrost setting in the microwave. Then add it to your meal.

½ lb shrimps, peeled & deveined
1½ cups elbow macaroni, cooked & cooled
2 cups mixed cheese of your choice, divided & shredded (We used mozzarella & cheddar cheeses)
½ cup parmesan cheese, grated or powdered
⅓ cup half-and-half
1 egg
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 garlic clove, minced
Salt & ground black pepper to season
To Serve:
Roughly ⅛ tsp parsley per serving

0:10 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
0:13 In a mixing bowl, whisk half of the mixed cheeses, parmesan cheese, half-and-half, egg, butter, and garlic together.

1:10 Transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle on the rest of the mozzarella.

Ingredients
1 Bell Pepper Chopped
1 Onion Chopped
Celery Chopped
Mayonaise
Worcestershire Sauce
Salt
Pepper
1 can Shrimp
1 can crab
Melted Butter
Saltine Cracker Crumbs
Recipe
1. Combine Bell Pepper, Onion and Celery in one bowl.
Add Mayo, Worcestershire Sauce, and salt and pepper to taste
2. Fold in Shrimp and crab
3. Pour melted butter over saltine cracker crumbs
4. Pour salad mixture into pie plate and top with buttered cracker crumbs.
5. Put in Oven for 35 minutes or until the salad is bubbly.
6. Serve and Enjoy!
