How To make Shells with Beans and Tuna
1 lb Uncooked Medium Shells
-OR Elbow Macaroni OR -other medium pasta shape 12 1/4 oz Chunk light tuna in water
-- drained 16 oz Canned kidney beans
-OR pinto beans, -rinsed and drained 1/2 md Red onion -- chopped
1/4 c Chopped parsley
-(Italian or curly) 1/4 c Chopped ripe black olives
2 tb Red wine vinegar
Salt to taste 1/4 ts Freshly ground black pepper
2 tb Grated Asiago cheese
Prepare pasta according to package directions. While pasta is cooking, combine tuna, beans, onion, parsley and olives in a mixing bowl. In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, salt and pepper. When pasta is done, drain it well and toss it with the bean mixture. Pour vinaigrette over pasta and toss well. Spoon cheese over pasta and toss gently. Refrigerate and serve cold. Each serving provides: 329 Calories; 23.3 g Protein; 46.5 g Carbohydrates; 5.4 g Fat; 16.7 mg Cholesterol;
458 mg Sodium. Calories from Fat: 15%

INGREDIENTS -
80g pot of JOHN WEST INFUSIONS Chilli & Garlic Tuna
10 green beans
150g of pasta shells, cooked and refreshed under cold water
25g of fresh rocket
½ a lemon zest
1 tsp of capers
½ a red onion, finely sliced
PREPARATION METHOD -
Our tasty chilli & garlic infused tuna pasta salad recipe does not require very much work. Simply cook the green beans in boiling water for 3 to 4 minutes, drain and leave to cool slightly.In a large mixing bowl add the JOHN WEST INFUSIONS Chilli & Garlc Tuna, capers, red onion, warm green beans and lemon and toss together. Hey foodies, today I made a quick tuna pasta salad! You can literally make it in under 15 minutes, perfect for work! :) Quick and easy lunch meals are important especially if there’s no left overs from the night before.
Here’s what you’ll need(serves 4/5):
2 tins of tuna
2 cups mayonnaise (gradually add more if you need to)
1/3 cucumber
1 cup lettuce
1/2 red onion
1 spring onion
1 tbsp fresh lemon / 1/3 fresh lemon juice
2 cups boiled pasta
Seasonings:
1/2 tsp salt (to your taste)
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
